    Unable to get computer to load after a reset. Best Buy attempted to do so. failed and gave me a refund.

    Lots to love...ultra premium build, great keyboard, fast. Even with 120Hz refresh rate the pixel response time is so slow that you get a lot of ghosting of the mouse cursor and when you are scrolling. It really takes away from the snappiness of the high refresh rate.
