Excellent computer. We replaced an older model and are very happy with this one.

Best laptop I've ever had. So easy to set up! If you already have Microsoft account, and all of your files just sync effortlessly. It was such a smooth transition between two surface laptops.

Nice lightweight and fast. This Is used for office/business needs so does everything I need.

I was replacing my old Microsoft Surface and purchased this one. I’m amazed at how it automatically downloaded the things I wanted to transfer to the new new one and it seems very easy to use. I hope to use it for many years to come.

I enjoy the laptop's speed and the laptop's screen brightness not to mention the internal storage availability. Weight is good and battery life has ample power. I enjoy the screen size. Great choice for me and what I needed to be comfortable with my intent.

I love the computer, but wasn't told that the ARM chip would not be compatible with my older Canon laser just printer. Had I've known this I probably wouldn't have bought it. Otherwise I love the screen size and color is rich.

I’m very pleased with my new Microsoft Laptop. I’m still learning how to use it, and all the things it can do for me. The Best Buy Geek Squad has been very helpful in getting me started . It’s very nice.

I had not used a computer since windows version 7: I was worried but windows 11 is very slick and intuitive. I love my new PC...

I love my laptop so much! I needed one for school and so far it’s been amazing overall in every aspect. It was delivered to my house within 2 days of ordering in store and there was no damage to the package or my computer :)

My third MS Surface and I still love it. I went with the larger screen this time and am enjoying the bigger image. I use this for my small business so I also purchased the docking unit. And a shout out for MS - They have come a long way helping with setup. Everything transferred over so easily. Just a couple of tweaks and I was back at work!

The battery life and performance on the new X Elite chips is too good to pass up. If you’re looking for a new laptop ARM is the go-to. And if you’re looking for a windows laptop this certainly won’t disappoint.

Getting a new laptop is incredibly stressful for me--I worry about my apps not installing correctly, losing data, etc. But this time, setup was insanely smooth and easy. Everything about the machine itself feels very well designed and surprisingly pleasurable to use. Highly recommended!

Monitor works awesome and speed is incredible. Mouse keypod is also soft and easy to control!

Bought the Microsoft Surface 7 laptop about a month ago for my personal and business use. It is very reliable, starts up quickly,and has a very long battery life. I primarily use Microsoft 365 apps, which work fast and perfectly on this laptop. The touch screen has a high resolution, and the integrated camera makes Teams/Zoom meetings easy to manage. The laptop itself is thin and light, so is easly to carry and travel with. The keyboard and track pad are well designed so a mouse is not necessary. Have recommended to others who prefer Windows OS.

Though not many apps written directly for the Windows 11 on ARM, the primary ones I use have and I’m encouraged the others will soon. The emulation works in the meantime. Though I’ve mailed each software company asking for native ARM

Bought it because I am used to PCs but live how integrated Apple is and thought Microsoft 360 would give me the same. It was much harder to set up than expected. Please take into account the Ludite that I am. The AI is phenomenal though.
