Good product, but found the Mac to be more reliable. I ended up returning this product for a MacBook Pro as a long time Mac user both for functionality and processing speed compared to the Surfaxe

The core 3m response was slower than my older surface with i3 Intel. That would be ok if I didn't know better. Traded this one for the surface lap top that was also on special.

GREAT ITEM SUPER SHARP SCREEN! DOWN SIDE IS THE C-PORT WITH ITS LIMITED CAPABILITIES. RETURNED ITEM FOR THIS REASON. ALSO IM STILLING LOVING MY OLD APPLE MacBook Pro.

Does not reach expectations. For office work it was good and for watching videos it's not a kind because it's small presentation is very low.

Over all I really like the surface. I only wish it was a little faster. It lags when having multiple windows or apps running

Average Surface Pro with low quality keyboard. It’s pricy compared to other laptops.

This is quite simply one of the best portable devices you can find on the market today. I had received this as a Christmas present and it so far is absolutely wonderful. Design::: 5/5 - Microsoft has put a lot of effort into making this a compact, sleek, portable, and yet sturdy device. The device is thin and light, and very fast. Performance::: Being a fanless design for a quad-core is incredible. The tablet does get a bit warm but nothing too crazy. It speeds through most things and Windows Hello login is very fast! Multiple tabs and programs are no problem for this device. Battery life has been very good so far too. Value::: 5/5 You're hard pressed to find a laptop with as nice of a display, as quick of the processor, and a fanless design. The kickstand on this device is fanominal, Even though its better served on tables or desks, it can serve as an on lap device decently. The display is vivid and sharp, touchscreen is responsive, and its going to be very hard to find a better value proposition. If storage is an issue, grab a 128 or 256gb micro SD card + use the cloud and you're good to go. Don't need so much drive space physically in today's age.

Seems OK for Windows applications, but I don't like that you can't run Android Apps. Do research before you buy.

I use it when i travel but not really at home. Overall i approve. I use my macbook more.

For this price it’s not bad but if you want to have anything you should go to another one.

Battery dies quickly. The charging connector is inferior. Had to replace

crashed right after the year insurance ended. So it's trash now

This was a decent product as far as two in ones go. No real issues with the product itself only with how its advertised. This is a pro series 5, don't be fooled by the product title! Paid full price for what I thought was the latest version.

Only issue is the battery life, other than that, it gets the job done.

Lasted me less than a year. The keyboard and tablet always kept disconnecting and it would be difficult to stay on task when doing homework. The screen then started glitching and not allowed for touch screen features.

I was between an IPad or this and chose this because I figured I would have tablet mode and a laptop mode where I could use excel, word, etc. First off, apps are almost nonexistent as compared to what we’re used to on our cell phones. This defeats the purpose of having this as a tablet. They don’t even have any of the banking apps. No capital one, Bank of America, etc. You have to go into the internet browser and add a shortcut. Long story short, if you want a laptop get this, if you want it because it can be a tablet go get something else. This is garbage. I’m returning mine today. I opened it last night on 12/8/18.

We bought the Surface for my daughter who was going off to college. After 2 wks it would not turn on. Best Buy was fantastic about the return and assisted us in finding her great replacement.

Not a fan of this item. After just 6 months it stopped holding a charge. Now it just sits in a box. I ended up getting a MacBook.
