My MacBook Pro recently broke so I needed a new laptop as soon as possible. I chose this laptop because of how convenient in size it is. Everyone at Best Buy was very helpful.

This is a light weight, easy to use two in one lap top. It has an ink pen that one can write, or draw on the screen, which was, for me, it's main selling point.

This item is great for those looking to have a very light weight abd portable device capable of replacing your bulky laptop. Great machine. Very powerful

Great "Tablet"! I do not like Windows 10 but to be objective, I will simply have to get more efficient with it. It's lightweight and very easy on the eyes. The clarity is amazing!

We haven't had this product long and apparently i'm not as tech savvy as a used to be, but I would definitely consider this over a ipad or tablet, which it can function as, while allowing most if not all of the access as a laptop does with multitasking, microsoft software, it is a great use for someone on the go with their business.

I purchased the Microsoft Surface 4 for my wife and she absolutely loves it. Super fast and the facial recognition is so neat. There is nothing this machine can’t do.

Though having little changes from the surface pro 4. The new surface pro is an excellent tablet. I would not recommend upgrading from a surface pro 4 but if you are in the market for a new tablet this tablet is the best on the market. P.s. Microsoft needs to market a bundle with the keyboard and pen.

I sometimes go 5 days without charging this thing. For me it lasts anywhere from 11 to 13 hours. I used it to play an old Star Wars game and it lasted 6 hours on the plane. Downside is that you need a keyboard to get the full functionality. It was either this or an iPad glad I went with the surface

Great sized screen for a portable device. Light enough to throw in my purse. Easiest set up I’ve experienced.

Our company suggested chrome books to all the project managers. There are 2-3 different models that all basically had similar specs and performance ratings. The biggest Pro's of the Surface is its ability to run windows and other programs that do not perform optimally in other subsystems. I got the case and pen and edit photos on the fly and sign contracts via my 2 in 1. Increased my productivity especially after I got the dock and all the extra USB ports.

Great computer for traveling. Screen size is perfect and attachable keyboard and compact closing is solid.

Can be used as PC or tablet, has both modes and detachable keyboard with the stand makes this computer/tablet very versatile. Also the touch screen and ability to write is very nice. May not be AS fast as writing on pen and paper, but functionally and essentially the same thing. You can write on anything including a screen shot from a webpage. Its also a good size, not too big, not too small. The keyboard and pen are a must which must be purchased seperately.

As an IT guy of 15 years I'm very picky and paranoid about my electronic purchases especially those that cross the $1,000.00 USD threshold lol. I'll spare you my long detailed overview of why I love this thing so much but I'll leave you with one piece of advice to assist you if you're not sure about purchasing this wonderful lap-tablet lol Keyword: magnetic charging port (it's fool proof) I was considering HP spectre but this charging port will definitely outlast any other especially in a house with small children.

I love this laptop! I’ve always had a Mac book and just recently switched. The switch has been so easy with the simple steps they provide, as well as many user friendly settings. I was able to get my laptop set up fairly quickly and using has been great! All the features are so fun to learn and helpful! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a light weight, easy to travel with, versatile laptop.

My previous laptop was old and we took some time searching for a replacement. This device has not disappointed! It's super light and easy to transport. The screen is a great size. It does more than I will actually use. I've had for a couple of months and just love it! The only thing I have found that I do not like is that it only has one USB outlet. I have to remove my USB for my wireless mouse if I want to connect to the printer.

Overall, this device performs exactly how I'd like it. It isn't a desktop but it is definitely powerful enough and has a great battery which is all I could hope for for a tablet. This is by far the best tablet I have ever had. Apart from the inability to upgrade and a couple things with the touch screen, this device is flawless. Make sure to go through the device and get rid of any unnecessary software and turn off start-up programs that you do not need. This device couples very well with the Microsoft keyboards. I wish the keyboard itself could have deeper clicks on the keyboard but I've been spoiled by gaming keyboards. Otherwise, the screen is very bright and many documents and PDFs work perfectly. I would highly suggest to purchase the surface pen or whichever device you'd like to use because this tablet was BUILT to be used in that way. Microsoft OneNote and Excel are great to work on with this device. I should note that I waited until a couple generations passed until I decided to purchase this device; there are far too many bugs and problems with the initial versions that I believe needed to be ironed out before making the decision. I believe that time is now with this generation. I highly suggest also to get more than the 4GB of RAM and programs are becoming more and more intensive as time goes by. This device is made to get work done and I have had no problems since purchasing (1 month). I anticipate problems to occur but for the time being I am giving this device a 5/5 rating. Will update accordingly as time goes by.

I am pleasantly surprised by the picture and speed of this Surface. would recommend it for everyday users who aren't downloading 20 movies a day. Great for traveling for work

Best choice laptop. It’s nice and portable. Works fast on the web. Touch screen is a plus.
