    My daughter got this for freshman year of college. She has only had it since July, but loves it! So far no issues with anything and we got it when it was on sale as Best Buy matched Amazon in July!!

    The keyboard they put in this bundle does not charge the pen that comes in this bundle. so you either have to buy the charger or you have to buy another keyboard that charges the pen. This is very frustrating since they don't have them in stores.

    In general I like it, this is my 3rd or 4th Surface Pro. It has some irritating issues, but I have not had time to really address them. Made 2 trips to another state in the last few weeks to see my dying father and then to attend his funeral. I wanted something reliable and light for travel and lecture giving. The camera will never start for facial recognition, but works fine for Zoom. Got on Zoom today and could see and hear but it could not find the internal microphone so I could not speak to anyone, had to use chat. That is not acceptable.
