Sometimes the usb-c connection with monitor gets disconnected for no reason, but maybe due to cable being used. Otherwise it works fine.

Very frustrated. Bought this to use with a QHD ultrawide monitor. I was hoping for better resolution on netflix and other streaming services. When my laptop 5 is docked to it, I lose resolution on the monitor. If I plug the usb-C to HDMI cable direct to the computer it works just fine. Frustrated also because I bought usb C speakers to use with the dock that I can't use when the monitor is plugged to the computer to maintain video quality. When I drag the netflix app between the monitor and my laptot it shows the difference in quality available to play. Very annoying!!!

So glad they finally changed to the charging connection to the USB-C charged!

This product is easy to hook up, works great and it meets my expectations.

It is good but doesn't enough ports for larger prongs - had to connect to my other dock.

I returned it because it wasn't what I needed, but the product is pretty great. I just had very specific needs. I needed a dock that would support my two Asus portable monitors in my Asus ROG laptop. I don't think the single usb-c port on my laptop can produce that type of delivery.

Works fine. There may be cheaper alternatives, but otherwise I'm more than satisfied

Having been a big supporter of the Microsoft Surface products, I find the Surface Dock a must have to allow for all of the peripheral devices that you may want to use with your pc.

Very good docking station, works well with Surface Pro7 and several accessories.

The microsoft thunderbolt 4 dock is a great tool to my live streaming setup.

The thunderbolt provides exactly what it claims to. But Best Buy Service was beyond exceptional! I was in a jam and ordered this online at 7pm and was picking up by 8pm!

This is a wonderful dock only thing i think be nice if it had a card reader. Although having some problems of it connecting in reconnecting spontaneously but trying to figure that out it might be a software issue
