    I've been using the slip thru and twist lock method of securing speaker wire for far too long, these install easily and once installed make connections securely and easily.

    Easy to use banana plug. Only tools needed is wire stripper. Unscrew the sections and run the wire through the section with the hole in it. Fold back the stripped wire over the inner part of the serrated inner piece of that part of the plug. Make sure it's metal to metal. And the speaker sleeve is not in the way. Then reassemble and tug on the wire and the plug to make sure it is secure fit. Easy and quick.

    i like these banana plugs, there are easy to adapt them. i like the feature that it lock, so if i move the receiver they will not come out from their terminals input so easy.

    Connectors are nice and attach to the wire securely and relatively easy. Only problem lies in the price $30 per speaker, if you are running 5.1 or 7.1 total price is $150 to $210 respectively. I would only recommend if on drastic sale or if you have money to burn.

    Strip length on the wires is important. If stripped properly, these connectors install easily and make a great mechanical/electrical connection.
