I found this Bluetooth very comfortable without the hook attached, I switched it to a inner ear piece and I can wear it all day. The battery life on this is incredible too.

this device is much smaller than my previous one, but highly efficient and it doesn't hurt my ears. Thanks to your staff for directing me to the right- for- me device.

I rarely give bad reviews on anything so you have to imagine how much I absolutely hate this blue tooth. First let me say that I have always had Motorola for my blue tooth and I loved them. I had what used to be called the Voyager and it was awesome. It was so old though and stopped working so I got this one. Now the sound quality is fine (which is the only thing I give it). It has a 360 ear connection which you can adjust but it is so loose that it flops all over and when you finally get it on your ear it is painful. It digs into your inner ear and is unpleasant. I hate the whole concept of the inside the ear piece to begin with. My previous one sat outside the ear which I loved but it seems they don't make that anymore. You can remove the over the ear plastic piece if you want it to just sit in your ear (which might reduce the discomfort) but it won't stay in my ear at all that way. Terrible. The flip part of the boom is so small and difficult to flip open. I was trying to close it yesterday and it popped out of my hand and fell onto the floor of my car where I then stepped on it with my heel at a red light and accidentally called my husband (first ever heel dial!) and treated him to my rendition of "Girl on Fire". Did I mention I hate this??

The thing is small and sounds great on both ends, but the comfort level isn’t up to par. I’d have to take it out after a while due to the little rubber piece being too hard.

I think is a very good Bluetooth speaker, this is my second one I buy and I have compare it to others and this one is superior for the price.

had the older version, lasted years till I broke it, bought the updated one and still good after nearly 2 years.
