No support and poor instructions.

The description says it comes with everything necessary to install. It does not. Additional wiring is required to extend wiring from the module over to the passenger side to splice in to wires near fuse box. It also says expert tech support is available. It is not. I emailed them several times regarding the install instructions being very vague, and the response was to send me the instructions again. When I said I already reviewed the instructions and still had questions, they said the only information they have is in the instructions.
