First I must acknowledge Best Buy's great customer service and the wonderful pricing for this fabulous computer. I was so impressed with the meticulous care taken to protect and pack the system…similar to Apple. This beauty was a beast and "hefty". Opens in about 12 seconds or less, the keyboard lights up with brilliant colors. The keys are a delight to use, but I didn't spend time with the track bar…plugged in my favorite mouse in one of the gazillion USB ports. Display is bright and the colors vibrant. However, I did not have the computer long enough to explore all the gaming adjustments/options or to view all the neat MSI functions. Loaded Fallout 4 through Steam and noticed distortion/blur when moving the mouse during the game. Called MSI customer support and was advised to update the graphics card and BIOS on the graphic card…accomplished. Tried the game--same problem. Did not want to RMA this brand new system to MSI and pay shipping (one way)…I brought it to Best Buy and they accepted the return without any issues. After I returned the computer I discussed the problem with one of the associates and left the store wondering if it was a problem with Steam support of Fallout4 versus the GT72VR… Would I recommend this system to a friend/family--YES…providing you find an outstanding company like Best Buy that stands behind their products! I just ordered a replacement via Best Buy on-line (my store did not have the GT72VR 36Gig/1070/500 SSD/1TB/Tobi monster I required).
