Defective battery

When I FINALLY got it... Battery was defective!! Boz was sealed so it was defective from fabric! First time I tried to charge it didn't pass from 94%, I took it to the geek squad for a setup and data transfer, and I realized the battery was even worse. They took responsibility and "fixed" it, but I prefered to ask for an exchange. It was a shame because I know MSI is great with gaming laptops... but well I guess there is something wrong with the battery on this model. They gave me a Legion 5 but still I feel bad bc I wanted this MSI.

Cheap Parts Used

Power without breaking the bank

MSI is a name brand gaming computer company that is very respected. I am pleased. Love it more than the Macbook Pro I had. Bang for your buck. Can play any new game as well as of now. RAM can easily be upgraded too im told by friends who work on computers.
