This was my first gaming laptop and I couldn’t be happier . Yes , it does run a little pound but thats understandable given how thin the overall laptop is. No issues at all with the graphics or anything, plus I love how I can upgrade a few things including the storage. Speakers could be a little better but I wear a headset most the time and don’t notice. Overall very happy so far.

Switching from a Dell Inspiron to this laptop was no small leap and all in all it's been a huge upgrade. This laptop's processing power, display resolution, video memory, and battery life is unmatched compared to others in this price range. It's perfect for your everyday activities, whether they be school or game related. So far I have no complaints and have nothing but love for the product itself, especially for that RGB keyboard that's just the icing on the cake.

I've been looking for a well-built laptop for awhile to do some casual gaming and college work, as I'm a full-time college student. This MSI stealth model stood out to me for its metal construction and reasonable pricing. I was hesitant on getting a laptop with 16gb of ram but it's plenty for what I do. I can also easily upgrade the ram in the future if I need to. Overall, I'm very pleased with my new purchase and I'm going to be sticking with MSI for a long time.

If you're into gaming then this is the laptop for you. I do light gaming with WOW and COD mobile and the graphics are great with the 240hz gaming display. This is my second MSI laptop. I previously had the GS63 stealth and its still running strong. So I can expect my GS66 to last for years. It does get a little warm but it hasn't affected performance at all.

Three fans that get loud in Cooler Boost, how they supposed to. Battery life is decent in Super Battery mode. Extra M.2 slot for expandable NVMe storage is fast and easy to get to. NVIDIA RTX noise removal and camera effects like background replacement perfect for video conferencing. Steelseries keyboard is still good under heavy use. The coating on the metal body is a fingerprint magnet. 10 gigabit Ethernet port is in an awkward position for a gaming laptop but manageable with an angled Ethernet cable. Overall this laptop is a solid piece of hardware.

This thing is sporting the beefy RTX 2070 (which I guess you dont find in many laptops!) Super responsive! The fans can get a little noisy but keeps the laptop ice cold! I paired it with the Targus laptop cooler and can run my fans lighter and boost that FPS! Graphics are gorgeous. From recording, gaming, editing this thing can handle it all. Can’t wait to try VR!! Highly recommend!

I am happy to have this awesome device. the keyboard feels super nice and shiny. 240 Hz ultra-fast gaming display is wonderful. Fan sound is a little bit louder but not annoying. I am now waiting for my games to download and test the graphic card. I will definitely offer this product to anyone

This laptop is heavy duty. It isn't flimsy or for the weak minded. The keyboard color specs are brilliant. The camera and audio is spot on. Bluetooth enabled is seamless and the additional USB outlets are perfect for extra accessories or storage. Great purchase! Only note, the font on the keys is a bit childish, but it's ok.

Currently using my MSI as a gaming / work computer and everything runs great! Definitely worth every penny if you’re looking for a fast & realiable Laptop that can keep up with your everyday needs. If you’re thinking about getting into VR, perfect laptop to do so! It’s doesn’t lack performance!

This laptop is easy to use and has great specs. I have been looking for a laptop for a while and I found this one. My old laptop would crash playing games, yet this one I could easily play every game at full graphics. I am astounded by its speed. I would definitely recommend buying this laptop.

After researching different brands and models I choose this powerhouse of a PC bc it had lots of ports USB A & USB C, the latest fast processors, and 8gb NVIDIA VIceo Card and expandable memory and HD ports. Currently Using it to create heavy encoded livestreams + video productions. This PC delivers amazing on power. I can recommend this to anyone looking for similar needs and on a budget. Worth the price!

Overall not one single flaw. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a gaming laptop discrete enough to take anywhere yet have the performance to show for. Keyboard by far the best looking one yet and feel amazing to type on. 100% definitely recommend.

So far, I love this laptop. The screen is a bit small, but luckily I still have my 2 monitors from my desktop. It is faster and has better graphics than my current pc. I highly recommend this!!! BTW I am a gamer, and it is running my games very nicely.

I googled many laptops review in search for a replacement to my old laptop. I was undecided and wanted a thin, light, professional looking laptop for work. I was undecided between MSI GS66 Stealth vs ASUS ROG Zephyrus M1. The webcam was ultimately the deciding factor as we live in a Zoom / Teams video conferencing world. As we all have come to realize very few laptops are now equip with a DVD drive and/or 10 key pad. Luckily the MSI has multiple USB connectivity on each side of the laptop. So you can use an external USB DVD drive and/or 10 key pad. I think it is will priced although not cheap and offers the most bang for you buck.

I Just got this gaming computer delivered today and I am very happy with how it works, how nice and light it is, and how the key board is set up. I may not have used it much yet but I am more then happy what I have seen so far.

It is my first gaming laptop and I am surprised, I loved it, I like the light keyboard, the touchpad, the color of the screen, and everything, the black color I like, and the fluidity for games.

I’m very pleased with my purchase and have recommended it to friends and co workers. Playing modern warfare war zone is awesome using my Xbox elite series 2 controller. The game looks and plays amazing. I’ve played World of Warcraft off and on since it’s release and it has never played better than on my new MSI GS66! The Quake 2 RTX demo blew my mind of what ray tracing can do for such an old game. The RGB per key Steel series keyboard is a nice feature. Boot up is very fast and Windows hello logs me in with facial recognition with or without my glasses on. I plan to add additional NVMe SSD and memory but it does everything I hoped it would as is.

I am very impressed with this laptop. I went from an ASUS Gaming laptop to this MSI and I am in love with it. It is light and smaller compared to my ASUS. It has a small bezel! Screen is bright and super buttery smooth at 240 hz. I ordered 2 sticks of 32 gb ram to max the laptop out at 64 GB Ram. Laptop came with 2 sticks of 8 gb for a total of 16 gb. Keyboard color options are plentiful. I would definitely recommend this MSI for someone looking for a good gaming laptop. The GTX 2070 with 8 GB is running all games at max settings. I was able to hit 240 fps on Fortnite when playing with shadows off and a few other settings lowered. Thanks!

The GS66 Stealth (2070maxq) has the nicest display of any laptop I've ever owned. The color accuracy is great and the high refresh rate is OP. The laptop itself feels sturdy even though its a "thin and light" gaming laptop. After messing around with the settings I was able to get pretty good battery life without too much fan noise when I'm using it for work. You will hear the fans spin up when in "gaming mode" but it handles anything you throw at it. Thunderbolt 3 support is a huge plus.

Great laptop. It runs very warm without undervolting the machine. It has to the fans to deal with it, but I was surprised at the noise even after researching this aspect. After undervolting, it was drastically quieter and cooler. Games are wicked fast and my workflow in Lightroom is much more streamlined. Beautiful and elegant design, I would recommend this to the casual gamer willing to make a few tweaks.
