    Less than an hour of battery life. Did not load graphics, map and menus, during Diablo 4 beta in original configuration. Purchased 1/10/23.

    Audio was really low for the 1st and second day. 3rd day started the system and without anything playing the systems speakers crackled with white noise. This happens when opening any program that uses sound even if system is muted. Had system 2 full days....

    Product was ok the motherboard had a place to solder a sata port onto to install a 2.5” hdd but was not installed Best Buy in their specifications had it listed as having two m.2 ports and it had neither. It came with only the ability to replace the original 512gb nvme.

    Good 'Entry Level' Gaming Notebook. Faster than expected with easy setup and bright, sharp and clear display. Sound is not very loud, but most will use gaming headphones anyway. Happy with purchase.
