The Eufy brand is definitely better than Shark. I have very long hair, and this vacuum seems to deal with it just fine. Add to that I just moved into a new to me house, and the vacuum is dealing with all the detritis from that with no complaint.

Very disappointing for a pet owner. We had a robovac that died on us a year in, we have some other Eufy products and was really hopeful this would be a reliable and good product. It works ok, it’s user friendly.. but it does not handle pet hair at all and leaves hair everywhere and blinks daily because it’s clogged. We do not have a huge area and only run it once a night, we have to cut hair out of it every single day. At this point, any time saved vacuuming is being spent on maintenance. Which is frustrating as parents with babies and dogs. Our previous robot vac did not have this issue. Now we’re stuck with this mediocre vacuum.
