This thing is great! I had a Bissel Crosswave and this is way better. Quiet, cleans itself, no cord and cleans the whole house with power to spare. Great product.

I never write reviews, but for this I had to. It works so great and now I don't have to vacuum or sweep, then mop as it does everything at once. I can't believe how much dirt it picked up and how fun it is to use! I have an Airbnb so I do a lot of cleaning and always hated hasseling with the power cord. This machine really works and cleans itself!!! I see crumbs by the baseboard and think I'll have to bend over and pick up but they suck right in. I love the separate tanks for dirty water and debris. My boyfriend used it and said "This is the best thing ever". My Mom used it and now she is buying one.

Love love love this machine !! I have complaints but they are minor and nothing big. I have a 3600 sq ft home all wood flooring and this has been a lifesaver !! Battery cld be better but it was the best one we cld find and I'm sure later they will make ones w more battery life.

I had high expectations for this machine，especially after using a Tienco s3 smart before. I loved the idea of a one-click cleaning and drying feature, but unfortunately, this machine didn’t meet my expectations. Despite having a drying function, the floor still ends up smelling musty, just like with other mopping machines. After mopping, my house is left with a lingering dirty water odor. Additionally, the water output during mopping is minimal, and I have to go over the same area multiple times to get it clean. On the plus side, it’s lighter than other models, making it easier to maneuver, and the design is visually appealing. However, if it weren’t past the return period, I would seriously consider exchanging it.

Best handheld vacuum mop that i have used. Very pleased and satisfied.
