I purchased this product to make digital copies of movies to watch on a portable device when I travel. The software will not copy protected media. If that's something your looking for, look elsewhere from better developers (and for cheaper). This was a complete waste of money.

I bought this software as a digital download. they provided me with a key but then in my digital download foder they put nero 2019. i installed the softare but my 2020 they provided me with will not activate it. so me and tech support have spent longer than id care to remeber trying to get the rightsoftware in my digital download folder. so i would never recomend purchasing software as a digital download from bestbuy.com to anyone ever

DID NOT WORK Product Support NON-EXISTANT. TOO EXPENSIVE. ATTEMPTED to get refund from BB and received NO RESPONSE from BB. RIP-OFF.
