    I am so frustrated. After spending $350 and an hour chatting with Google Support another 1/2 hour with Google support, my second point will no connect. I've been put through all the troubleshooting steps. For $350 I should be able to plug and and in a few steps of the app connect. This should have been resolved by now! Not impressed!

    Worst Router I ever bought

    Since day one I have problem with this router. Now it's not even connected to my Playstation network. Constant dropping signal I did multiple time factory reset. It's totally waste of time and money. If you have any gaming console at home this is router is not for you. Retuning today back to BB.

    I returned it worked close to the WiFi router, but not away from router.

      Some factors like thick walls, mirrors, windows, and even signals from other wireless devices may cause interference that will shorten the distance Nest Wifi router can cover.

    Don’t waste your money

    This product is horrible 100% will not work with FIOS internet only as it says it would. MESH constantly drops and just stops working. I called Google Support for a month working to try all sorts of set ups. Now I’m totally fed up and now it’s past the return period and I’m stuck with this garbage. Please don’t waste your money.

    Regretfully, this Nest mesh AP system performed far worse than the prior generation Google WiFi mesh APs. For example, throughput on the main router AP linked to a DOCSIS 3.1 cable modem was 104Mbps download and 7Mbps upload (compared to 256Mbps, 18Mbps on the Google WiFi version). I returned mine.

    We don't really notice any difference at all in signal quality. Maybe it's helping?

    No improvement over my TPLink AC5400x and Netgear 7500 extender for coverage. I spent several hours moving the points all around my house. Very disappointed in the coverage. I have a 1Gig line in and the router saw that; the wifi saw much much less, even near the router or extender. Way overrated and not worth the money.

    I thought by setting up a nest router to a nest point to 4 Google WiFi and it would work so much better. I am upset at the prices I've paid so far for a laggy connection gaming. I have all points within range...let alone 3 are in my room. This is a big disappointment for me. I wouldn't recommend to a friend or consumer.

      Regarding your issue, your Wi-Fi may be slow for several reasons such as congested Wi-Fi network, physical obstructions, or slow internet from service provider. You can take a look at this support article for additional information : https://support.google.com/wifi/answer/6246489

      Additionally, if you haven't done so already, you can improve your Wi-Fi speed by connecting your Nest WiFi router directly to your modem as your primary router as Nest WiFi router has faster processing speeds and 4x4 radio that provides larger area coverage. You can then hard-wire your Google WiFi points to the Nest WiFi router to form a cascading network and then connect Nest WiFi point to your primary Nest WiFi router wireless to as the final step of your mesh Wi-Fi network.

    Been working with Google Support now for months to try to figure out why this randomly drops Wifi on all my devices 5-10 times a day for 30 seconds. No progress. I'm fed up; waste of money, do not buy.

    Tried all three ways to setup this "mess" and nothing worked. Support was lousy and the whole experience was a waste of time and money. It's back at the store and labeled "defective".

    Have installed google’s mesh a few times now and every time its an absolute pain. Will never buy another one. Spent over 3 hours with google support and my ISP and they couldn’t get this one going. Total waste of time and money.

    I know this product worked well for a lot of people but was not impressive with me. I bought 4 units and From the output of my internet, I am losing 75% of the speed with this system. To be fair the loss is about 50% when I am next to the router. So for the price I paid I am not impressed!

    Annoying to use and terrible for smart home devices. Most smart speakers or smart home accessories will have trouble connecting to the network since it tries to combine 2.4 with 5g and they say your device will know how to differentiate, but it never works out that way
