Purchased this to replace an older mesh router. Very easy to set up and I’ve seen a huge increase in our coverage, speed, and most importantly reliability.

Love having a Google smart device and the boosters help in an apartment complex to have the internet all over the house

Great coverage for our 2500 sq ft home. I don't believe that we've lost wifi signal since we've had. Much better than the prior Orbi wifi system that we had.

Super easy to install and setup.... instantly giving me whole house wifi with no dead spots. All you have to do is plug everything in, download the "Home" app from the Play Store and follow the in-app instructions. The only negative is, you don't have control over the more advanced functions that you might want to see/change in a router. However, if you aren't very tech oriented Google Nest is perfect as again, setup is automated... just type in a wifi password and you have a secure network. Ordered online and Best Buy had it ready for me with quick and easy curb side delivery. Thanks Best Buy!

Reliable way to get WiFi throughout house. Speed is great on the main router ~650Mbps and but only ~150Mbps on the points, which is still good enough. Starts to show fewer bars about 15 feet away, but still gets serviceable signal. The ability to set WiFi schedules per-device is a plus with kids. The ability to play music or set alarms using voice via Google Assistant on the points (though strangely not the router) is something I end up using pretty often.

I used this in my home instead of the router that came with my Xfinity internet. It was 10 times better in speed and distance than the router you get from them.

With everyone working from home, I'm one of the many that had to make some modifications. During video calls, my computer would randomly freeze and my connection would constantly fail because the modem/router was in the opposite end of the house. I got an extender but didn't realize all it did was slow down the internet all around. This thing has been amazing - no issues, everything is super fast, and there's enough internet for everyone. So happy I bought this.

These little things have extended my wifi all around the house and made the speeds actually jump from what was was getting originally with the Spectrum router I got

We are very happy with the Google mesh. It was so easy to set up. I wish I knew they had a new setup coming out. The new mesh system is much less expensive.

The Nest WiFi replaced my older Netgear router. When I first set it up at my Texas Hill Country home, I was only getting about 78 mbps, even though I was getting about 490 mbps when I hard-wired the modem straight to my PC. I had restart everything (modem, router, PC) a couple of times, but I finally got the 490 mbps at all Nest Points. I periodically ask "Hey, Google" to do a speed test, as well as testing at my PC, and the speed has stayed consistent throughout the house, upstairs and in the garage. Great product, easy set-up, looks good, and provides a nice source for music and info.

House is a ranch, 2700 sq. feet on the first floor, additional 1800 sq. feet of finished basement. Wifi router is on the north side of the house in the basement, south side of the house upstairs had sketchy connections. Put the router in the basement, one access point upstairs in the middle of the house and another one in a southerly bedroom and the whole house is rockin' full speed. Might add another access point to the garage area or nearer the pool but just to get a better connection - it still reaches out pretty far! Only complaint is that the access points are super expensive on their own.

Easy to setup and looks great in each room. Took some moving around to find the best spot for them. We have a 7000 sq foot 3 level home and this was all we needed.

Setup was very simple, and WiFi coverage is much better than my previous setup (Router + Extender). Much easier when everything uses the same network. I'm used to administering my network, so the simplified interface takes some getting used to, but the time savings is appreciated. That said, if I insisted on having more control over the Routing functions I'd probably look elsewhere. As it is, I'm happy with the product so far (about 3 months in.) Oh, and having the access point also function as a smart speaker is one of the features my family loves about this item.

Nest WiFI Router and Points work well to create a mesh network. The Nest points have Google assistant built in. I also converted an earlier Google WiFI router to use as an additional point, and it works fine with the Nest WiFI mesh system. Overall the mesh system is stable, it's always on at home and we don't come to know when devices switch between points. The app comes with features like testing WiFI strength, showing all the connected devices at each point, setting up a Guest WiFI. The only disappointment however is they don't have an ethernet port, which the earlier Google WiFI points had. I actually prefer the Google WiFI point for that reason.

This is a good but not great mesh system from my experience with it. You have to make sure that the main hub and the point have a good connection with each other. Which I have mine in my living room and then put the point and my bedroom and had horrible connection with it. I wound up putting the point in my upstairs hallway just to have a good connection. It works but not where i would want to have the point. Also with the main hub when streaming I have problem with it. The hub is right next to the TV and I have loading issues sometimes with it. I know its not my internet cause when I hard wire the TV in I have no problems. Also setting them up was a pain as well as I had problem setting up the point with the google app.
