my wifi due to the provider is set up at the front door due to it being fiber i cant move the modem, this means alot of my devices receive poor connection and often disconnect. this Google mesh system is amazing and expands connection across the whole house. It also seconds as google nests which use google assistant to provide you with information/entertainment/and assistance. its a great value and works great.

These were recommended by a professional, and they are fantastic; really improved my WiFi. The only reason I gave them four instead of five stars was that connecting them was not as user-friendly as they advertise. Do not let that deter you, however-just find someone who can help or watch a video to “walk” you through the set up process. Also, if you purchase the white colored ones, (most available), be careful when setting them up-they scratch super easily!

The router and point are really great products that are really easy to use and setup. The network is really solid, and connection throughout my house is strong. It makes a lot more sense to buy this two pack instead of the router and point individually. Nice that the extending point also doubles as a smart speaker. I can ask the assistant about the network and for other helpful things like weather, calendar, etc.

Love the new nest mesh network. I have the original mesh network and upgraded to the Neat version. The upgrade was easy and allowed me to also use my original mesh product for expanded coverage. Easy, functions great! Managing the network through the app makes it ideal for home and away. Can’t say enough good things about it! Also the second Nest point also has built in mic/speaker for Voice control and Hey Google.

I have had terrible wifi signal in my house ever since it was available. I have an older house with plaster walls. I have tried multiple extenders and did not help much. The Nest Wifi Mesh Router is amazing. I have perfect signal throughout my whole house and yard. I live on an acre! Easy to set up, especially if you already have a Google Home account set up.

Great mesh system that works well with the google home. Extender doubles as speaker and has voice assistant. Set up is entirely within the app and is very easy. They look nice and are compact. Extenders are wifi only, no LAN or WAN port and no ability to hide SSID, but great features for family such as guest networks, adult content filtering and easy switching WiFi off. Even someone with no tech experience could set them up.

Super easy setup, great performance. Hoping for additional features as the product matures.

The three unit Google Nest AC 2200 mesh system kept failing to setup initially. Took several hours over 2 calls with Google Tech Support to finally get these devices working. Once setup, they work consistently well and are stable, but don't provide strong enough connections in all parts of my 3300 sq ft one-level home. The room where the router is placed and its adjoining bedroom get a little more or less than the 300 Mbps speeds I get from my ISP, but in other bedrooms and living areas, speeds drop to 200 MBps and in my den, which is about 50 ft from the router, drops to a mere 50 MBps and in bathrooms about 80 MBps. That's not noticeably better than the cheaper ($ 165) TP Link Deco S4 mesh with 4 nodes that it had replaced. Can't say I am satisfied or impressed, and suspect that I may need an additional access point costing over $ 110 to provide uniformly good coverage in all rooms. But if I'm going to have to spend $ 360 in all to get good wifi over my whole home, I will have to consider the $ 350 three unit WiFi 6 triple-band Netgear Orbi 753 package from Costco (Black Friday sale) which is rated for 7500 sq ft coverage.

It’s fine, you can definitely do better for the price now.

Set up a three node system in my 2400 sf home with a mix of plaster and drywall walls. Set up was straightforward and reasonably quick with the smartphone app. System reflected excellent mesh connections between the nodes. Overall coverage was very good throughout the house. However, there were some bothersome limitations. I could not get over 120-130 mbs on an ethernet connection through these routers (I have 1 gb service from Xfinity). Additionally, the maximum speed seen at any device connected via WiFi was around 300 mbs. I also have an ethernet connected high performance desktop and an older SmartThings hub that requires a wired connection, so an unmanaged switch was required. After trying for several days to resolve the speed throttling issues, I returned the system and purchased a different mesh system. I am now seeing 980mbs on etherent connected devices and up to 500mbs on capable WiFi connected devices. If your internet service is 200 mbs or less, the Nest WiFi system will perform admirably for you. If you have a high speed internet connection and/or have a number of bandwidth intensive devices, I would look elsewhere.

I have Fios and these stop working after one internet outage. Won’t connect to internet while hardwired with the Ethernet cable. Followed instructions to reboot all modem and router but still a no go. Another google product that overpromises and underdelivers.

This was easy to set-up. Our building has an ethernet access point on one end of the first floor so in order to get good reception upstairs we had to move the point satellite over to the other end of the building. Doing this allowed us to cut off some of the lag we were experiencing on gaming from the bedrooms. Even though the coverage is supposed to be for a very large area the best positions are obviously still just at the sources for some of your streaming needs.

Work so much better than the Linksys velop mesh. I have not had any problems with it.

Prior to setting up this mesh I was getting 10-20 mbps to my devices. After I am getting consistently over 100 mbps and even 200! Also there are a lot of features where I can monitor the network use of my different devices and turn off Wifi (for example after a certain time I can turn off Wifi to my kid's devices)

So far so good. We were struggle with getting Wifi down stairs. The cable co. provided router was at one far end of the house, upstairs. The Nest Wifi really made a huge difference, but for best results the router should be more in a central location of the house. I thought the system would be more like a Daisey chain. Where ones signal helps with the next closest’s signal. But they all depend on the main Nest Router. The app is fantastic though.
