Easy to set up and much improved wifi than prior setup.

We’ve had this for a month and it has worked flawlessly. We have many devices going and coverage has been great. The two points are like Google Mini’s also. Our router starts at one end of the house and the old setup couldn’t reach the other end, and struggled when loaded with to many devices. This setup works perfect with our situation and I’m very happy with it.

I didn't want to like this product. It looks like a puck instead of having any visible antenna. Not that I need to have flimsy antenna flying around, but it just looks like it's not going to work. It also doesn't have many settings you can fiddle with, so it seemed likely something important was going to break. It works great. The QR code setup thing is... weird, and, they omit an essential part of the directions when replacing a previous router: Turn off the old router! Otherwise setup goes haywire. Once I figured that out, it was all really simple. Plug the first one in, scan the QR code with the app, set it up, plug the second one in, scan its QR code, done. That fixed an issue where basically anything past the fridge (center of the house) was getting poor signal - the second "Point" is acting as a repeater over there sitting... on top of the fridge to get the signal around that big metal object. Speeds are super fast. 336mbps down 48mbps up and I'm pretty sure that limit is mostly because of my internet plan not the Google Nest Wifi

Easy to setup, fast WiFi. Works with all my Google smart devices.

I looked at the TP-Link and Netgear mesh systems and came to like what Google provides in their system. Setup was VERY easy using either the Google Home or Google Wifi apps. The added bonus of having "Google Mini" functionality in the remote pods was a plus and I find the speakers in these units a bit better than in the Mini v1 modules.

I like and prefer the Google Nest network. I upgraded from Google Wifi...and appreciate the upgrade benefits and connectivity. I appreciate that Best Buy has accommodated customers so well during this COVID-19 event. Good process + Good Customer Service = Happy Customer (even during COVID). :) Thanks again. It was an easy setup. The app guided me most of the way. What people don't know is that when you set up one of them, you cannot put all of your devices on that one. It won't work properly. But if divided between the two, they work great! Although expensive, they will last for years. Plus they aren't bulky. You can store them anywhere.

This system is perfect if like me, your home wifi router that came with your service doesn’t cover the full area of your home. Also I have noticed that with the mesh system the speeds are just as steady and reliable in my basement where the access point is versus upstairs in my family room where my main Nest Router resides. Definitely a great, simple solution for expanding your coverage in your home!

If you have a multi-floor home, or even just a large apartment, mesh WiFi systems can easily improve your internet connection in the rooms farthest away from your router. Google's Nest is high quality, super simple to setup, and relatively cheap within this product range. Definitely recommend!

I had an emergency situation with my old router conking out during the COVID 19 pandemic. Thanks Best Buy to have it in stock and match competitors price The setup is easy. The diagnostics are easy. Only thing is it does not have features to log the traffic. Plus for some reason my iPhones don't transition smoothly from router to wi-fi point. Have heard EERO is better but am happy with Google Wi-Fi.

For it's time this was the best, but after wifi6e it's not worth it anymore
