Setup was easy! Fits nicely next to the end table - out I’d sight.

Very good support. It was user error. The modem is working fine. I have been using it for 5 months now. An inexpensive solution off the shelves of Best Buy. I recommend the NetGear modem and the support staff.

This little thing is good but man is it sooooo much work to set up. I had so much difficulty and was the coaxial cable bill was included and it is in fact not. Aside from that it works but intermittently fluctuates and doesn’t work

I love the product but at the time I bought it you had a signed saying that it was on sale, but when they rung me up it did not do the sale price so that was $30 more that I had to pay, and I get it sometimes the system does not always update the sale price in the system. I love the product and it works great.

Great inexpensive way to get connected to internet.

I had to return this, even though it says it's compatible with Xfinity I had issues connecting to any of my devices I called Netgear on the phone troubleshooting for about 2 hours then back and forth with Xfinity. Had to wait a week for a tech to come out from Xfinity. Just to have their modem installed. Maybe it was just this one modem that was faulty I didn't exchange it for another so I can't say that. This is why I gave a one star.

This item didn't work when connected to Cox internet. I had to return it. Not sure if the item was defective or not.

connection unstable. connection keeps dropping midway even when ISP signal is strong

Pretty slick device. After a bit of set-up dealing with MediaCom and finding a computer that had a proper plug in, this thing works great and it has been blasting good solid wifi speeds around our home.

This router was supposed to work with my 1GB super fast Xfinity internet, and it technically did, but the service kept cutting out and wouldn't come back immediately with a reset. I contacted Netgear first, and they explained that my modem signals were outside of the ranges that they're supposed to be. I had a Comcast technician come out and he said the signal ranges were all based on "textbook conditions" and that it was a bunch of baloney, the signal I was getting was actually great, and adding a splitter to put the signal within range would probably not fix the issue. Then he told me that this router/modem just wasn't meant for the speeds my internet was putting out, and recommended that I buy another one that had the newest DOCSIS 3.1. Ended up buying a really expensive one and it's working more consistently so far, but we'll see. It still is patchy sometimes. I'm not super thrilled with the whole experience since it has been ridiculously time consuming.

We like our unit but, we have lost connection a couple times, checked with Xfinity and it is not on their end. I will call if I have more trouble.

I spent a couple of months trying different routers. Every single of them somehow had a connectivity problem. I finally got this one just an act of frustration and then, Voilà !!

The router I want it was not in stock and I needed a router so I had to pay more a lot more for the one that was in stock. It’s great, but it was more than I would ever need.

NICE, Inexpensive upgrade to ANY PC!! The Modem is nice the ROUTER is better!!!!

Modem was good for 1st 2 week then it was slow down the speed and gradually on and off. I kept unplugging the power everyday to restart it. It does not work well
