    Not the greatest router. Although the speeds were from 400 to 900mbps range. My internet were maxed out at 100mbps

    I don't think it was the right product for my home. It worked with some of my needs, only needed a stronger modem. Contacted NETGEAR directly and they were helpful, only did not resolve the problem.

    A file somehow got loaded on to the router and the Netgear technical support wanted to charge a $120 fee to fix the problem. This is the 2nd time a file got downloaded to a netgear router. Needless to say I went with a different brand of router and the setup was a breeze. I never had this issue with any other brand so I do NOT recommend Netgear to anybody. They will never get another another dollar from me.

    Geek squad could not get transfer signal from xfinity to new router as having to do it via personnel at xfinity snd spents hours wsiting on Phone.

    This item was purchased for my mom that recently moved to independent living. Save yourself some money and purchase this item. Great speed at an affordable price. Just call Comcast to activate the device and you'll be up and running in no time.

    Since it wasn't the internet cable company's device, there were some hoops to jump around. However, once I registered the device with my provider, the setup was easy. Just download the Netgear app and follow the instructions.

    Wifi network range and stability are extremely poor in my experience. Consistently experience lag and packet loss on my Xbox, even with the router less than 6 feet away (and this is with 200 Mpbs Comcast service, not super fast but not terrible either). I tried resolving the lag/packet loss issue on my Xbox through a wired connection, but the Ethernet ports fail to maintain a consistent connection. I bought this to replace my Comcast rental equipment, thinking this would save me money while proving superior performance, but it’s failed to deliver. Would not recommend.
