I’ve always used Netgear products because they just work when I need them too, since my purchase I haven’t run into any problems other than the initial setup dealing with Comcast’s first and then with netgear separately. But the modem router combo is a wonderful tool and always works

Very easy set up. No more renting router and wifi ftom Spectrum.

I have been using Netgear products for 15 years and this one will be my last. Three different Xfinity techs could not get this model working correctly. When it would connect, Netgear required me to click on a link that said, "Open browser to connect".. That would open and new MSN browser over my current browser. Netgear phone support could not remove this distraction. They also made me download an Blackhawk app that was collecting all my personal info and did not activate the modem. So much more but hopefully it was just my unit and not all units. I'm using a differnt brand now and no problems with set up.

I came into the store and told them what I was trying to achieve, returning the COMCAST modem I was renting each month from XFinity and replacing with a NETGEAR unit. The NETGEAR unit is not sufficient/signal is weak and I can not get Wifi through the rest of the house. XFinity recommends another NETGEAR unit. Now I have to go back to store and replace with another NETGEAR product to see if it works!!!!!!!!!!!! And now I am outside of the 30 day return policy.
