I purchased this router to replace an older Netgear that I had had for years. The set up was about as easy as I have ever seen. I had it up and running as well as printing wirelessly without any issues in 20 minutes. It seems to have a little less range than the older one that I had, but I am still testing out the placement of the router to see if that will make a difference.

I purhased this to replace another Netgear router which lasted about a year. Huge improvement in speed and stability over wireless. We a huge number of wireless devices in our apartment and this handles the load like a charm. The only drawbacks is the terrible Netgear genie app which crashes often and prevents me from logging into my 5Ghz network configuration.

Had a more reasonable price than many alternatives. Easy install and setup.

I upgraded from an older Net-gear router and could not be happier. The sales person at Best Buy explained the new technology and I was sold right away. I run Von-age IP telephone service through this router and it works fine. Sometimes the numbers change for this service and I just go in and set it to auto set up and any problems are solved. Excellent performance!

I bought this when my Comcast router/modem was a big disappointment. I called Comcast and they said the "router" part of the equipment was "weak" and maybe that was why my computer was not "getting the signal" often. They suggested I get another router. This one was recommended to me by the very helpful salesman. It was mistakenly stocked where a price tag for a much cheaper router was. The nice salesman gave me the cheaper price (I didn't even have to ask!), because it was priced wrongly. It was easily hooked up. This is the fastest my computer has worked online, since I got online many years ago! When I think of all the time wasted watching the "hourglass"! I have not had one problem with it although a few times my son had to "reconnect" but I think that is because our computers are right next to each other (well, that is my guess).

I am very satisfied with the speed and reliability of this router.

I currently have 4 iPhones, two tablets, an Xbox one, a smart tv and a WDMycloud connected; I haven't had a single problem with the WIFI router. Would recommend this device to anyone who is looking for a great router that can handle multiple devices at a time without slowing down.

I bought this primarily to extend the range of my older, inexpensive router. Improvement is less than I had hoped for, so I may still need to buy an extender. Would recommend this if range is not your primary objective. Setup was easy and the vertical format was great (it sits on a narrow shelf just above the central av/tel utility box) and hugs the wall nicely.

We had to keep resetting our internet and no one suggested a new router. After speaking to the Best Buy specialist we knew what was needed and the difference between the models available. We no longer need to reset our internet and we are getting what we have been paying for.

I originally bought a Linksys modem which was very difficult to set up on my new Mac laptop. Set up was so intuitive and competitively priced. So far it's been extremely dependable.

For a long time I have been having problems with my wireless connectivity at home. The router is good and has alot of good options regarding the LAN IP assignment and further options which would be useful to fellow geeks like me. I think the only disadvantage of the product is it's relatively high price, however I really think it's worth it.

I had recently purchased a smart TV and could not get it to connect to the internet at all, an employee recommended this and it worked instantly and makes everything run smoothly, even with multiple devices running at once.
