Runs like a dream, getting better speed than I pay for! Setup is super simple, the app is good, could use some tweeks but over all you have accessibility to a lot of features. If you have an old modem/router to trade in it saves you a few bucks too!

I’ve been using the Nighthawk Netgear router for a while now, and overall it’s a solid performer. The setup was straightforward, the connection is stable, and the speeds are good for streaming, gaming, and everyday use. However, the signal strength is just alright — it reliably covers most of my devices but struggles to reach every corner of my 3,500 sq. ft. house. If you have a larger home or thick walls, you may notice dead spots in far rooms or upstairs. If you just need reliable Wi-Fi for a medium-sized area, this router works great and does what it’s supposed to do.

Does the job. Setting up was a little time consuming due to the need to use an new Xfinity app which I had to download. The instructions are easy to follow even by a "senior user" like me. The speed is good. However adding all my devices again was rather time consuming.

Replaced a top of the line 7 yr old router. Was unexpectedly surprised at speed and distance. My ring cameras outside would frequently lose internet. Not anymore! Very pleased!

We are very happy with the Netgear Nighthawk AX2700. We had a Arris modem that would have to be restarted 2-3 times a day & had buffering issues. We have had Netgear for over a week now & never lost internet & it works fast!

This is an Excellent Router. Very Fast Speeds. Excellent Signal Strength. I’m enjoying my WI-FI 6 . NETGEAR makes an Excellent Cable Modem Router !!!

We needed to upgrade our modem per Xfinity recommendation. We had an earlier version so we stayed with the same brand. Great modem but Best Buy was going to charge for installation even though I am a Geek-squad member . I attempted install but had difficulties. I call Xfinity and they installed at no cost.

Setting up the modem / router combination was very easy to do. The night talk app makes controlling everything quick and efficient. The equipment itself is easy to understand and supports all of the newest Technologies without compromising backwards compatibility.

Love this modem super fast almost received exactly what I get for my cable company I was receiving about 947 Meg hardwired and I was supposed to be getting one gig which is really close for cable just a tip after your cable company Provisions it it was still show you have no connection you have to go through the Netgear Nighthawk app to finish this setup just keep your cable provider on the phone and everything should go great and also if you try to set up your own password you will have to wait till it's fully set up and then go into the app and set it up because if you try ahead of time it will kick back to the regular password just go back into the app and reset it up great modem very impressed

Easy set up. Takes patience and just following instructions. It definitely made a big difference in speed along with my mesh network

Not much to say other than, Nighthawk doubled down load speed and installment was easy for a non tech person like myself.

The cable connection is fast as lightning the WiFi is mediocre. The app is very nice being able to control the modem with your phone. The entire setup is easy to use even for non computer savvy people. Still worth buying over leasing.

We had a Netgear modem for ten years before deciding to upgrade. It’s so fast and delivers excellent reception to every device in the house. I expect it will be as reliable as the old one, so I’m very happy with it. I was reluctant to download the app, but it did actually make setup easier.

Installation was super easy; and, so far the performance/speed has been very satisfactory! I also love having one combined piece of equipment vs a separate modem & router!! Setup with my cable company was also very seamless.

Great router. Every electronic connected to the router works good. So far there has been no lagging. This router covers a good amount of distance as well. Would recommend!
