Very fast download and upload speed. Compatible with xfinity and very easy to set up compared to old models. Can handle a lot of connections without issues.

Practically installed itself. This is by far the best Router/Modem Combo I have ever purchased. The easy and very quick installation and self activation were in my case at least, stupid proof. This is compatible with WOW!

Easy to use, works great. Speeded up my entire household (I replaced an older version of the same brand). Docis 3.1 really increases speed, as well as replacing any old CAT 5 cable with CAT 6.

The product is really good and it works well with xfinity.

My video quality for the stream apps have improved a lot. Better than paying every month to Xfinity instead you can always prefer to buy the device and keep the connection long term. It is very easy to setup the system. You get an option to setup the wifi password for both 2.4 GHZ and 5 GHZ settings. You can keep the SSID same and password so that you need not setup the wifi on each device. Super easy setup on Xfinity app too to register the device once you purchase it. No dropping of the network. Seamless use of the internet.

Excellent router & modem I replaced this with my cox router I was renting and it eventually paid itself off. I was also dealing with slow internet because everyone in my apartment complex was on the same channel due to cox preventing you from being able to change this through their router settings as of recently. I am now able to change to whatever channel I want and no longer deal with network congestion.

This product is fantastic. It is able to handle all of the smart devices in my home much better than my previous router. Not to mention, my internet provider was charging me $10 a month for unreliable service. The Nighthawk app is also great! Very intuitive and easy to use.

Easily installed using the XFINITY App “Install New Modem,” then return your rental router to save the monthly rental charge. Then, install the Nighthawk App on your phone to monitor speeds, turn of & on devices, and add guest wifi. The trade-off is you lose XFI security which is free, and allows port forwarding and more from the Xfinity App. The Netgear security will cost $69 a year. Includes Bitdefender for free to install on devices, if you don’t already use/prefer Norton, etc. Receive security alerts from the Nighthawk App. For full features, you will still need to sign directly into the router via a browser and it’s IP as administrator: Port forwarding, static IP setup, etc.; and it has issues, doing so.,WiFi 6 coverage is good, and speed is as promoted. So you need to balance the choice: Keep XFI for free security, support, and free replacement/upgrades, or, pay for the Nighthawk security yearly fee, for similar, but no as robust and added App features with XFI.

This wifi modem ncreased speed and internet accessibility thought out the house including upstairs rooms and patios, It supported phones, tv, and security cameras.

Provides a great and fast signal. Xfinity increased my mbps and just so happened my other router got fried so I decided to purchase this one. Glad I did, a truly needed upgrade!

I am sure by the time this starts showing it's butt, I would have long forgotten about updating this review. In the meantime, this cable router seems to be a beast. It's been working great and looks good. No issues to report and now it enables me to get the full speed from my internet provider (COX). The only thing I wish it had was a power on/off button unless it has one and I somehow missed it. I've read online you don't 2ant to just have these on all the time if you don't need it on but I won't take a star away from this because it isn't advertised as having one. Now if it did and the on/off switch didn't work, I would take a star away from it. Anyways, be sure to take this to your internet provider so they could lock it in to their system which would allow you to fully use the full potential of this router.

This modem is totally worth the price. With advance security, and options to setup vpn. It blasts my internet experience at home. I love this

I didn't want to pay monthly fee so I decided to buy my own. I have great service for Xfinity and barely experience lag while gaming. Super fast and super reliable.

Instantly more than doubled speed of rental router modem combo. Easy setup. App is a little finicky but great option. Smart-wifi option doesn't play well with IoT devices, easily corrected using dualband.
