My modem went out an hour before the store closed. I went into the store and the employee suggested this model. It was a little tricky connecting it to Comcast but finally figured it out. It has worked great for my smart home. I have 14 devices including a gaming pc. I haven't had any trouble with lagging. I hope this brand last longer than the last.

Overall easy to install. Computer, cable and phone running efficiently and fast internet connection. Knowledgeable Best buy staff!

The Nightwhawk AX2700 lives up to its reputation. It’s much faster then my previous Nighthawk router. I’m also getting excellent signal strength through my house.

This was pretty easy to set up and seems to work with all my devices. It was a little more than I wanted to spend though.

This was quick and easy to install with the Net Gear app, and an easy call to my service provider to add the Nighthawk to my account. This powers two full-time work-from-home computers, most times three streaming TVs, and three or more cell phones. There have been no drops, and the internet is a fast network. I purchased a NETGEAR® AC1200 WIFI Range Extender (EX6150v2), which makes the whole house internet great.

I am forced to use Comcast Xfinity because there is no alternative in my geographic area. When I moved here I signed up for a package that included renting their modem. When the 2 year contract was up, I wanted to buy my own modem and not pay to rent one from them. This Netgear AX2700 is better and more advanced than what I was renting, and I am glad I bought it. Very happy with my purchase.

The documented modem activation process for Comcast/Xfinity was quick and simple. Router setup was simple. Speed blows away my old Surfboard router that was no longer supported.
