I HAD TO RETUN THE OTHER ONE, THE TEAM WAS GREAT IN HELPING ME RETURN THE OTHER ONE AND SEEING WHAT MY NEEDS WERE TO GET THE OTHER ONE.

Our old router, modem Didnt give us the full internet speed, with this one, our internet speed is 5 times faster. I thought we needed to upgrade our internet, so we could stream TV shows without buffering. This baby did the job.

I bought the Netgear Nighthawk AX2700 in order to replace a previous Netgear Nighthawk C7000 in order to get 802.11AX and Docsis 3.1. Previous C7000 was only giving me a maximum of 315mbps on 5ghz . After upgrading to the AX2700, I am seeing 650mbps downloads now on 5ghz channel. My old router didn't support the faster speed tiers offered by Comcast, but now I am ready to upgrade to the 1200mbps package that they offer.

Excellent speed, easy set up, modem and router in one. A bit costly but its worth it

I really like my Netgear Nighthawk AX2700 Router, it is fast. Best Buy & Geek Squad was very helpful. The Netgear (GearHead Tech) was very experienced, knowledgeable and very helpful in setting it up, a very joyful phone experience.

The router is fast and easy to use. Set it up and it does the rest.

Excellent purchase I wanted to own my own do I didn’t have to rent from xfinity. Best Buy associate helped me to figure out what I needed. Excellent service from associate and great purchase for my wifi needs.

It will work fine until you stop paying for the useless “subscription” they want you to keep paying. Most expensive modem/router I’ve ever owned. It’ll suddenly stop working after some time of not renewing is what I found online. Not the only one. The app is non functional btw and trying to get it to work is a hassle, yet they want you to pay a subscription for “extra protection”. Protection from what? There are other ways to keep your browsing and information safe. They want people who know less to just hand them over their money in a subscription which is odd for something that we already paid for

Have xfinity and this router works perfectly with the service. Getting the speed i am paying for and although i live in an apartment, sometimes the wifi can reach almost 100 feet outside which is insane. Awesome router, happy i upgraded from the older motorolla Mg7000 series.

Excellent modem/router combo. Its been working as advertised so far. The software is easy to use. It was easy to set up. Best but staff were very helpful.

Being a non-tech-native (in my sixties), it was necessary for me to reach out to the support staff at NG in order to make the transition from the DOCSIS 3 to the DOCSIS 3.1. They were very accommodating, and they spent the time necessary to get the new modem up and running. This is my second NG modem, and it has proven to be just as reliable and the first.

Great product and very easy to set up. I’m not very tech savvy at all and I set this thing up in no time. Even if you can’t set it up yourself, you can bring it home, call XFINITY and tell get it going for ya.

Checked reviews before buying. Mostly positive. Pricey but purchased as an investment. Took about 15 minutes to install. Follow the instructions carefully. (Someone made a Youtube video, I watched it several times). So far no issues.

After this item was installed, all of our computers and TV's started up very fast and have been working exceptionally well. The nice thing about this was the price--not expensive at all.
