When it worked it was great unfortunately spectrum said it was compatible anymore so id still give iy 4-5 stars

Bought this (and returned it) as an alternative to my xfinity router. It really didn't work the way I though it would at this price point. Didn't reach the other side of my condo (1120 sqft) when the xfinity router at least reached there. I would make sure you have an open floor plan if you're purchasing this router. Does not go through walls very well.

Amazing modem-router. I purchased to work in my newly purchased home and to be capable with my new internet service. It works better than the EXPENSIVE access point I had installed months ago.

As a first time buyer for their own modem/router I’d say it has been a good investment. The setup was easy and my Wi-Fi speeds have been through the roof.

Nice upgrade from another Netgear combo modem and router. Upgraded Comcast service and needed a new combo router to take advantage of the higher speed service. Price was good as it was on sale and it has worked well so far.

Easy set up and so far works great. Seem to have better coverage even opposite end of our house.

My WiFi speeds more than doubled as soon as this modem/router was functioning. I had no idea what I was missing with what I thought was a good setup. Not only is the WiFi upload and download speed exponentially faster, but the WiFi range has also exponentially increased. Customer support and the Nighthawk app are also A . As an FYI my home is roughly 3k sq/ft, the Nighthawk is on one side of the house and the internet speeds on the opposite side of the house, on the second floor, are better than the speeds right next to my previous modem/router. Just buy the Nighthawk.

I have a lot better wi-fi with this router. The router is little expensive.

I had a few questions on setting up the WiFi and support answered them for me, then stayed online with me until I completed setup.

I purchased this cable modem/router a few months ago to replace the one that me cable company provides, and this is much nicer with a lot farther wifi range.

I love this so far. Always have good results with Netgear. I am now getting the speeds that I am paying for. No need to lease a unit from Comcast. Very happy!!!

I like how easy the set up was and how helpful the app was.

Works better than the latest Comcast modem and one pod extender, farther reach and stronger signal; problem is that Netgear customer service is horrendous and required several contacts to get it configured correctly

Excellent replacement with much better signal strength for older Netgear modem/router combo, even with the same mesh system as before.

Our internet finally went down and would not reset. I had to get a new router. I was also going to need a newer modem soon. This 2-in-1 works great!

Best Modem I have ever owned. I have excellent signal all through my house and as far away as two neighbors down the street.

Signal seems to work fine throughout both floors of apartment. Setup was a little confusing since I was replacing another Netgear router and I couldn't get the app to distinguish between the two.
