New router modem was easy to connect and so far no issues with my Wi-Fi. It has a stronger signal than the Verizon one to cover a larger home. It's better then renting one from Verizon to save money over the long run.

Easy to setup. Took little to no time... once I got through to Xfinity and had them reset the signal (hardest part of the process every time). The Nighthawk app did everything for me.

Signal is strong and range is good but that can be accomplished by using other, more basic routers and I paid a little more buying NG to get some extra features. Getting an email from router manufacturer stating their awareness off an issue causing connectivity interruptions just 2 weeks after purchasing a router is frustrating. Nighthawk app is mostly garbage. Traffic meter is causing connectivity issues, Netgear Armor can not be disabled unless you do factory reset. Anywhere Access option is great feature only if it works. Sadly, it stopped working for me after few days. Did all the troubleshooting,read many articles on NG community portal and this has been an ongoing issue for years. Trying to call CS is pointless unless you want to spend an hour on hold. Do your research before buying Netgear product.

Excellent speed compared to what I had. Grandfathered in with cox and got faster speeds with the 3.1 for free. No more issues, and great speeds for what I need

Well worth the purchase. If you’re looking to save on your cable bill and Internet this is truly the way to go. I purchased it from my significant other for Christmas, and he loves it.
