This device impressively improved my connection strength and internet speed. After having consistent issues with my ISP provided modem. I decided to upgrade my router modem combo. After reading around other products Nighthawk AX2700 became the middle ground of budget friendly and performance I was looking for. Setup and activation was simple except for the issue with the ISP activation of the device. In the end I was finally able to get a good person on the ISP end and straighten that issue out. The rest with the NETGEAR equipment was very simple and I had no issues connecting my other devices. After a quick internet speed check I went from 340Mbs to 982 Mbs. I Will definitely recommend this product for others in the same predicament I was in with ISP modem issues.

Affordable and readily utilized- This router/modem combo has been perfect between Xfinity and COX cable transitions. Broadcast strength is good, better than the CX9 model! Hardwired speeds are consistent with my PC, over 926mbps. Highly recommend if you're a casual gamer or just do everything on your PC and need reliable, custom-setting internet!

I’ve been using the NETGEAR Nighthawk AX2700 Router for a few weeks now, and it’s hands-down the best router I’ve owned. Setup was insanely easy (the app walks you through everything in minutes), and the performance is on another level.

All-in-one is fast, has great range, handles multiple devices with no issues. Have Cox high-speed for home and work.

An easy setup. Been using Nighthawk line of routers for a long while now. Our last router wasn't and had a ton of dropouts. This router is stable with minimal dropouts, handles the speeds required for standard work from home and faster than what our IP supports on our plan. Overall, a solid product and would recommend. Love the ability to set up guest networks for our subletters and guests on the property.

I am currently an Xfinity customer. I got this router so I didn't have to rent one from Xfinity. This router definitely pays for itself! We got 1Gig of internet for our 1500sqft. townhome and it does the job! I didn't need to buy an extender for coverage upstairs as this router was situated downstairs in the living room. The setup was painless and easy. My boyfriend did it all through the Xfinity app once we got the router.

Was very easy to setup. Had it working hooked up and working within fifteen minutes of opening the box. Speeds are fantastic! No disconnections. Loving it so far.

I have a strong appreciation for the Nighthawk series. The setup process is consistently straightforward, and the devices demonstrate a high level of reliability. Additionally, they remain current with updates, and the security settings are user-friendly, allowing for easy configuration.

I am a Remote Video Editor/Gamer with a little gamer kid running around. Having a reliable modem/router is imperative to avoiding family issues over internet usage. Having used modems, routers, and all-in-one gear like this before, I am most pleased with this model. Any given week, I download 1-2TB of data and upload .5TB over a 1000mbps down/50mbps up connection. 14 devices hooked into it with 4 seeing heavier bandwidth usage(phones, tablets, TV, game consoles). This router can keep up without messing up. If you ever used your ISP's high end equipment the comparison is apples to oranges. The wireless range and strength of this product is great. I have it near the front of the house and still get full strength signal out in the backyard with no loss of strength anywhere in the house. If you are on the fence about it, hop over! Connects easily with COX ISP as advertised on box.

My previous Netgear modem recently became unsupported by Xfinity. I thought I had decent speed and coverage with my old Netgear modem. The Nighthawk AX2700 setup and install took less than 5 minutes. The Quick Setup manual was very straightforward. The Nighthawk app is easy to use and makes the whole transition to a new Modem Router seamless. Now to the best part, as I stated earlier I thought I had decent speed with my old Netgear modem. The Nighthawk AX2700 blows the previous one out of the water, both in speed and coverage. We have over 15 devices on the router, the Nighthawk app allows you to see who is on it, and control their access as well. No lag, or buffering in this household. Wonderful upgrade from our old Netgear equipment!

Since I have installed this router modem combo I have been getting much better speeds and also much more consistent speeds. I previously had one that was a separate modem and router and that took lots of space but with this new combo I now have much more space on my desk which helps immensely. The range covers my entire house which is about 3500sq 2 floors. The setup was quick and easy and the app makes it great to see the available devices currently connect to you router and even when your not home you can still control and run speed tests which is really neat. But overall I think it’s a great deal and definitely worth it. Highly recommend.

It really speedup my internet and increased signal strength throughout our 3400 sq ft two story home. I upgraded because Xfinity kept sending my emails that my old modem was not fully compatible with my upgraded service plan.

Very happy with this purchase. Setup was very easy, in large part to the great app and guide. I also really appreciate the app for its security features and intuitive interface. I’m a little disappointed by the range, as I don’t get as good of coverage as I would have thought, hence 4 stars, but it’s fast and so far has been a great workhorse.

Waited 3 months to leave a review. Gateway has not broken down. It does not overheat or sound like it is vacuuming the air around it. It reaches every corner of the house (2400 sq. ft.) and the sole reason all our outdoor Blink cameras finally work. Internet speed is as we paid for. It was easy to install over the app (make sure it is connected and that you talked to your provider).

Very happy with the modem/router thus far. Set up was a little more than I expected, had to call my service provider, maybe that’s not uncommon(I’m not very tech savvy). Pros; The security, let’s me know when a new device is connected and if it’s safe. The ability to pause the internet on only the kids devices is great. I can run speed tests. All of this controlled though an app on my phone. Only Con I have so far is price, but I feel like it was worth it.

I purchased this to replace a wireless router than stopped working. After consulting with the Best Buy representative, I purchased this combined cable and wireless router. Wow, what an upgrade it was over my previous setup. The internet is much faster now. The set up was extremely easy. I have always been a NETGEAR fan. I do recommend the new WiFi 6 technology. It's advanced technology has made a difference. We can have multiple devices on the network (I.E. Grandkids with tablets, XBox, Ring doorbells, etc.) and everything works smoothly. Great purchase for my situation.

Easy set up, fast speed! Love the 2 in one! No clustering of wires and devices! No range problems through the entire house!
