    I’ve owned this product for roughly 6 months. In the beginning I was very satisfied with purchasing this product. Recently, however, I’ve regretted my choice. Every single day, for reasons I can’t determine, it drops the 5g. I have to reboot it in order to get the 5g back online. Upon the reboot all devices automatically conect and we’re back in business for about 20 hours or so until it’s time to reboot it again. It’s beyond annoying.

    The device itself is ok but Netgear makes you sign up for their cyber product before I could activate the router/modem with my internet provider. It wasn't clear that was what was required in the directions. The signal strength also doesn't seem to be as strong as our previous router/modem

    Has great features (USB port, aggregation, easy setup, good support, etc.), but nrver really impressed or wowed with speed. Speeds were honestly comparable to the 2-3 year old Cox router we were previously using

    Serves its purpose. Not hard to install worst part is contacting NETGEAR, no customer service, waited on hold for 30 minutes and finally gave up.
