Bad signal.
The internet goes in and out has been troubleshoot by the company and has been troubleshoot by the internet provider.
Not the first time that I have problems with this brand it's a known issue with this brand

Absolute trash of the highest order. This model has had multiple issues with hardware/software causing in long outages requiring hard resets back to factory default settings. Do NOT Buy this model. You will regret it if you work from home

Doesn’t have parental controls. Randomly just resets and I had to set everything up again. Technical support is no help you can’t understand them and they don’t understand you. I will be taking the item back

Do not buy anything from best buy!!! This modem was awesome for 29 days and then it completely crapped out. If you arent a member of their crappy tech team or buy their extended warranty then you have 15 days to exchange if it fails. I will never buy anything from best buy again

Wifi worked intermittently. I would get kicked off the internet for hours at a time with no rhyme or reason. I could use an ethernet and get online -but the wifi wouldn't work. It would state vouldnt obtain IP address - while the ethernet connected devices worked fine.

I upgraded to this router thinking I was going to get one of the best router but instead it turned out to be junk. The 2.4 signal keeps shutting down and you have to factor reset it to work and it would last for maybe a month then it would drop again.

Do not recommend for wifi - not worth the money at all. NetGear pushed an update and made this thing absolutely unreliable and largely unavailable for wifi. Wish I could return it still, never spending money on NetGear again.

Worst combo ever

Ive had nothing but conectivity issues, constantly dropping the internet. Lag while playing games on a plan that supports over 1000 mbps. Wired connection isnt any better. Reset it and it will work alright for a few hours and then it will go out

Worst modem router ever has had multiple updates and none of them work and have had 2 replacement devices with little to no luck getting them to work properly.

Difficult to setup a unique SSID for the Wi-Fi setup

Purchased this product last year Dec 2021 Best Buy wifi stopped working almost 2 weeks now been calling maintenance/manufacturer customer service but no one is helping to resolve the issue. I’m very disappointed for purchasing that amount.

Randomly Disconnecting

It was randomly disconnecting various devices from WIFI the first couple of days I had it. Returned to the store to get a Motorola modem paired with my old Netgear router, which worked as expected.

After 3 weeks of owning this modem, it stopped Sending the WiFi signal call the company and they blame the internet provider and didn’t want to replace it

Junk. Needs to be restarted everyday, at least 2x a day as it loses internet connection randomly. Great area coverage but that’s useless if it can’t keep connected. FW updated, no issues with the ISP, just a bad product. Stay away and buy a separate modem and router.

Its a trash product. Worked for 3 month and stopped giving good signal even up close. 2.5ghz hadly works but the 5ghz just doenst work anymore

Firmware update is broken, has been for months. Inconsistent internet speeds and you cannot turn off automatic updates if you download an old stable firmware
