This modem/router combo is by far the best I have ever owned and used. Set up was a piece of cake and there is not problem after set up. You do have to change all your old passwords on your devices to access the wifi. Other than that, it is an excellent product and well worth the money. It was actually on sale when I purchased it plus an extra 15% off if I brought in the old one as a trade. What a great idea!! We have excellent signal in every corner of the house-even outside- and no longer need the Netgear extender anymore.

The Nighthawk modem/router was so easy to hookup. We were up and running within minutes. Our speeds tripled over our old modem/router. We definitely satisfied with this purchase.

I was having constant disconnections for months and tried everything to remedy the issue. A technician suggested I buy my own Modem/Router instead of using the rental equipment. Not only has this completely solved my constant connection drops, I now have much faster and more consistent upload and download speeds. I would recommend this product to anyone having internet issues—or anyone paying for gigabit internet (because I can almost guarantee you aren’t getting your monies’ worth with the rental equipment!)

I am very happy with this device, it works better than anything the provider has provided. It works well for my two-story 2,200 sq. ft. home.

The best Best Wi-Fi Cable modem router I ever had, it gives you more download speed then we paid for, easy install and setup, easy to reset and update the router

O verall very great product. The control and configuration I have over it makes managing my own network easy. The app allows you to disconnect people from the network in seconds if you chose to and it scans new devices on the network for vulnerabilities. The modem also blocks suspicious websites and notifies you of it. I would purchase this again hands down

Internet seems like it’s loading everything 1000 time faster. Hardly have any glitches or lags when several devices are connected and being used simultaneously. Best decision my finance made!

Initial set up is relatively easy. I was able to do it myself, then call my ISP to activate the service to unit. I just had to find the CMAC address to provide to them. The WiFi and LAN connections have been nothing but great!

Bought it to replace a five year old refurbished Netgear C6300 that was having issues with its WiFi transceiver. Upgraded to 940/30 mbps service. Seeing speeds around 600/30 mbps; should probably reboot the modem and see if speed improves on subsequent synchronization. Even if it doesn't, the improvement already experienced is worth it.

Very fast speeds. So far I have over 30 items using just Night Hawk with no problems. What I don’t like is, the Security option. If you wireless items the security is a nightmare to get around. Disabled the security and you won’t have any problems. Plus it will cost a monthly fee if you want the security.

Easy and quick to setup myself without assistance. I do have tech experience as a teacher in the tech field. Have xfinity as my internet provider. Do live in one level home, but have no problem with connectivity for multiple computers, printers and TV.

Have been a fan of Netgear products and they didn’t disappoint with the AX2700 modem/router. Sleek design and fast startup. Very easy to configure especially if using the Netgear app. Definitely worth the investment.

Definitely not hitting the 2500 sq foot claim. It’s good, but my lesser nighthawk seemed as good. I’d hold off and wait for a sale not worth the full price IMHO.

Rock solid, reliable piece of equipment. Been using Netgear routers for over a decade and love 'em. My old one gave up the ghost after eight years and it was the most inexpensive on Netgear made. It was a no-brainer to get a top line modem/router from them this time. Works PERFECTLY!!!

This machine is a powerhouse. It allows me to get the full experience that I pay for through my ISP. Doesn't take up a lot of space and I am able to get upwards of 1000mbps for download speed. This machine has changed my internet experience for the better and Ill never go to anything else.

I replaced a new modem from a competitor which did not work with our VOIP phone service. The Netgear router was easy to set up and works perfectly with our phones.
