BETTER THAN ANY OTHER ONE WE HAVE EVER HAD. IT LOOKS A LITTLE SPACE AGE AND IS KID OF A SPACE HOG BUT THE KIDS THINK IT LOOKS COOL AND MY INTERNET HAS NOT DROPPED OUT SINCE WE GOT IT. I AM ALWAYS ON EBAY SO THIS WORKS GREAT FOR ME!

A little expensive if you don't have any coupons but it's really fast and easy to install. It gives you very good signal and fast internet access (depends on your internet plan). Overall, I'm very happy with it!

My last router bit the dust and I replaced it with Netgear's Nighthawk A.C. 1900. What a great router with much stronger signal and coverage area. Really happy to have spent the extra money.

I bought this to replace an older Netgear router that crashed frequently and no longer worked reliably. Setup was fairly straightforward after I installed the Nighthawk app on my phone. The only difficulty I encountered was having to power cycle my ISP-provided internet modem twice before the new router would recognize it, even though they were physically connected by wthernet cable the whole time. I really liked the Nighthawk app. It is very user-friendly, simple and elegant interface, with useful tools like wifi signal statistics, device management, and basic router setup. Even though I didn't like how much Netgear pushed its integrated Bitdefender Armor security software, I did ultimately purchase a subscription after testing out the trial software and realizing that the subscription is discounted for unlimited devices through the Netgear site compared to the retail price. The router delivers solid performance for 10 devices, including two laptops, security devices, two printers, and an iPad scattered over two floors, although the signal on the second floor is a little weak. I would recommend this router to anyone needing an affordable home network router with good network security, user-friendly interface, and solid wifi performance .

Netgear Nighthawk router is super fast. My old router just couldn't keep up with our iPhones, iPads and laptops in the same house. The Nighthawk definitely does the job. And a breeze to install also. Great buy!

I was loocking for a cable router compatible with charter and I found it, the netgear nighthawk 7000 is great, fast, reliable, I have it for two weeks now no issues its not the chaepest but is worth it.

I had an overdue upgrade on my home modem and router, and naturally I gravitated towards NETGEAR. I've used their products before and have always been very pleased with their performance, but this thing just blew me away! The speeds and range of signal I've been getting from the Nighthawk AC1900 have been mind blowing! And signal strength has been amazing as well! I'm currently using this with an Arris Surfboard SB6190 and have no complaints!

the router seems to work very well, I've been using it now for a month and a half and haven't had any real problems at all. it seems to have much more rains in my old router and the 5g output seems to be much faster on my phones.

Great reliable router that is very easy to use and set up. Many extra features that are easy to enable and take advantage of. Signal strength and distance is noticeably better than my previous Netgear N300.

This immediately increased my wireless speeds after my old router died. I have a couple of AC wifi devices that are using the AC band and several legacy devices using the older standards. I can't believe how fast this router is bringing my broadband connection compared to my older one. On the opposite side of my house, I now get a much stronger signal strength than my old router too. I used to drop connections frequently before. No more with this router. Always fast and always strong signal!

I am very happy with this wireless router. I get great wifi all over the house and yard. We use multiple devices at the same time while streaming movies with no lag at all. (Very fast) we love this thing!

I decided to purchase this router after much research. So far, so happy! I needed a router for our larger home and one that would allow parental controls to be set. All of our devices would keep losing connection with our previous router and the Nighthawk has certainly solved that issue. When I first set this up a couple of weeks ago, I was not able to create an "OpenDNS" for the parental controls. I called netgear and I guess they were having a software issue. I finally got the account set up a couple of nights ago and am still messing with all the settings. But I am confidant that if I have any questions I can call into Netgear for help. I hope this continues to be a good and long-lasting product!

Works as advertised and provides great coverage across a big house supporting multiple devices. We were able to shut down our old relay since the signal strength was sufficient off the Netgear router.

One of my cousin bought this router for his 10,000 square ft gym and it works really good even though there is more than 50 people on it. So I bought 5 of this for my Hotel and they all work really good!

We have had terrible internet service for several years now. Multiple service calls from TIme Warner and a bump in internet speed (and bump in price) had no effect. We visited Best Buy and met with their staff and a TIme Warner Rep. at the store. They took us through our history and helped us make an educated decision, recommending we replace our dual purpose router/modem from Arris and suggested separate Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 router and Netgear CM400 modem. (He also tweaked our service to a higher speed). A tremendous difference in internet speed overall. For example: We can actually download movies via Netflex and have them run, which we could not do before. But those two items together were about $300.

This is a great router. It was easily installed using the Netgear app on my iPhone. It's fast even though I have many devices connected to it at the same time. Streaming is great.

This router is strong,fast, and reliable. It's made a big difference in my gaming with no lag..Streaming and downloading is a breeze with this machine! No more constant rebooting...do yourself a favor.

I got this unit as a boost for my signal. I tested my old router and checked the distance I could get a signal, as well as speed tests in various locations of the house. This united proved to have a farther distance as well as a faster speed in multiple locations of the house; both close & farther away towards the farthest part of the house. It was super easy to setup with an app on my phone and I hope the unit lasts for many years.

This router is a great upgrade especially for those that have multiple devices that run off their home wifi network. After we upgraded to a smart tv, we now run two phones, two consoles, two tablets, one computer, and one tv all on one network. With the upgraded dual band, I can now split half of the devices on the 5G network which I use more often and split the rest on the regular band. At one time I have streamed video from my computer, tv, and two phones all at once with no ill effects. Obviously it will help with a high speed internet service. I would have given it 5 stars, but with the antennae sticking up, space could be an issue depending on where you store your router. Aside from that I would have no problem recommending this product to a friend.

Easy to set-up and Great coverage in a 2000SF home on an 1 acre. Good security option just wish it had an easy to use VPN included but then you can't have it all and it's a small price to add on that cover all your systems. Super fast for streaming TV to anywhere in my home. Advanced option can be confusing for novice since like all new products the operation manual is mostly on-line
