Doesnt work woth devices on 2.4
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace wifi 5 orbi. This devicea doesnt work with smart hone devices like ring cameras and hue bulbs. Netgear recommended I return it. I bought the other wifi 6 Orbi that was cheaper and it works fine.

All I can say is that it is a blessing for any photographer uploading larger files it's amazing even with extremely large image. Not to mention everything I have is on it. A Fussy Black Box with Poor UI Support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This router was a disappointment…several clients became undiscoverable once connected to a network stood-up through it. These clients included wifi speakers (2.4Ghz), an AirPrint device (2.4Ghz), and worst of all Phillips Hue Bridge (ethernet connection). The Netgear iPhone app was useless to troubleshoot these issues, as was the internal software via the IP through a web browser. Speed tests showed good performance among those clients that did connect via 5Ghz, however the poor application interfaces & selective connectivity forced me to return it. Purchased a Ubiquity UniFi Dream Router instead, and couldn’t be happier, everything was discoverable, has a speedy connection & works perfectly.

The signal strength is very strong, and it helps to keep all my devices and 4K television connected and uninterrupted. Thanks Netgear for such a great product!!

Dont buy this if depend on Wi-Fi
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For the first 1 day of this router was good until on the 2nd day I came from somewhere and for no reason the router was not connecting by itself (no this was not on 1 device it was like 5-9) I had to turn off the wifi on my phone and turn it back on and it worked but sometimes it just kicks you out even when you are just at home chilling and it was worse (and also not on 1 device) so we returned but I don't know if it was a faulty router but our past experience with Netgear was bad (on a Netgear nighthawk AX6000) so we switched company so if you have issues with Netgear don't buy Netgear anymore
