Very easy to hook up. Took me about 10 minutes (if that) and part of that was the travel time to the building/studio) where I needed to have internet service. Up and running with no difficulties.

Purchased a couple of these so I wouldn't have to run a network cable across the living room from the router to a computer I have setup there. Easy install plugged in and worked great.

Used these to pipe Internet to our Tivo Stream. Good bandwidth and easy setup. If you need to get wire speed networking without wanting to string cable through the house, definitely a good option.

How well this works for you really depends on your wiring. Did not fulfill all of my needs because of mixed old/new wiring and multiple circuits and boxes. If you need a connection and you are not speed dependent then this might work well. If you have more simpler wiring, then this may suit all your needs. Give it a try and see, if not take it back and try something else.

These ether net hard wire extenders blow away the plug in ones by a mile. I never have interruption or low signal like I did with the halfway extender plug ins.

This product is a 5 star product all the way through. *Fairly* Low profile for Ethernet over Power but attractive design all together. provided me with very close to advertised speeds.

Had a weak wifi signal in the living room where I wanted to place a newly purchased 4K TV. Followed the easy instructions that came with my netgear adapter and I was up and running with ethernet cable in no time. Saved alot of money from having someone come out and run ethernet cable at who know how much. Some reviews state that not all connections for these units ate successful due to wiring issues associated with the house (not sure). I guess i got lucky and my connection was a success and “Works As Advertised”....,Thanks Best Buy for prompt delivery and easy purchasing!

Everyone else told us that we needed to upgrade our wireless router to a more expensive model. Best Buy Rep told me about the powerline option, when we were having trouble keeping our wireless signal in our home office. Just plug in one end into the router and wall outlet and the other into your desk top pc and the wall outlet. We get the signal through our already existing electrical wires in the wall.
