This device is easy to use, compact and lasts a long time per charge. Just so you know, the first one I purchased didn't work at all. But Best Buy & Sprint provided excellent customer service and swapped it out. The replacement works great! With this device, I get consistent reliable service. NOTE: I do not use it to stream movies, videos or RPGs. I'm a blogger/writer and basically use it when I'm working away from home.

A nice little mobile hot spot with a touch screen for managing the device. Nice battery life and does a good job of connecting my laptop to the internet.

Awesome touch screen with all the information about your data usage that you need. So user friendly, my mom has no problem using it!

After reading the reviews, I expected this hotspot to be hard to operate, slow etc.... This is a great hotspot modem! It's easy to setup, easy to use, quick to connect and fast (as fast as I would expect). Let me clarify: I live in the boonies on the fringe of coverage. I'm used to getting 5mb on LTE. That's the exact same steady speed I get with the hotspot. So, it works as well as an Iphone 6. Great little tool. I like it.

I've had my Archos 101g9 turbo tablet for about two months now and i wanted wifi without having to depend on the library or parks with wifi capabilities. After browsing at BestBuys, i decided to purchase this hotspot through Sprint. I felt like a kid when i first tried using this hotspot, searching the web in the privacy of my room for the first time. However, i did come across a small problem. When i moved the hotspot just four feet behind me on the floor, the signal became weaker based on the visual signal to the lower right on my tablet. When i placed it right next to me the signal was stronger. I don't considwer this a negative, but if i'm in another part of my residence, or sharing it with someone else, would i the signal drop off? Other wise, it's works fine. It's light and small enough to fit in your shirt or pants pocket.

So far, so good. I had to go to another plan with Sprint (6 GB) as the new hotspot was using more GB because of the faster service. The new hotspot is great as it keeps you up to date on usage. Also easier to use than the old hotspot.

I have been able to use the hotspot to connect to the internet no matter where I have been. It connects quickly and displays my current usage and balance remaining for the current month. The touch screen is handy. It also seems to last forever with a full charge. I am glad that I decided to upgrade from my previous hotspot device

I use it when traveling and it works well in my car and in hotels when I prefer not to connect to the internet in the hotel.

Got tired of using the hotspot function on my cell phone and opted for a dedicated hotspot. The unit is very nice and easy to use and configure. The only performance issue is related to the actual Spring network (but that is a different story). I have been pretty impressed with the battery life.

I live right on the edge of 4G LTE service and it is very fast when connected to 4G LTE. I watch movies, pay bills, use maps in street level view so you can look at a neighbor hood. I have spent 6 hour with my kids online with out a battery issue. Handheld on screen adjustments, scratch resistant screen. USB connectivity and security.

We only use this item when we are traveling and works much better than the old model. I like the digital screen on it, easier to use.

I have young children and enjoy taking them to parks or camping. This gives me web access while on the go with my kids. I also have the peace of mind that comes when you don't have to use a public connection. The connections is fast and reliable.

I USE IT DAILY I DRIVE TRACTOR TRAILER FOR A LIVING IT'S ALOT FASTER THAN MY OLD DEVICE.IT'S PRETTY EASY TO USE.IT HOOKS UP ONLINE REAL GOOD TOO.

I would recommend this product to anyone. Def a must purchase if your in network marketing and need to sign up people on the go. Or even if your taking a vacation somewhere but you want constant access to free wifi. Easy to set up.

I am enjoying my air card. It's a easy use..It holds a charge well. I love the touch screen option.

Very easy to operate and works great. Take your tablet and/or your laptop with you anywhere and always have a connection as long as you have your service provider's signal. A great convenience.

We picked this air card up for $1.00. What a steal. We use it while were camping. It was easy to add to our Sprint account.

I love the size. I can hook-up more than one(l) item at the same time. I can take it with me and use it no matter where I am.

This new 4G HotSpot is so much faster than my previous 3G and I am very pleased with it.
