Nice step up from my Nikon Z7 - though seems much more complex in terms of setup options. Once you have it dialed in and mastered, a very fun camera to shoot with! Great YouTube videos will help you with the initial setups.

Coming from a D750, I wanted a good hybrid camera body with great video quality and have the capability to almost anything. The Z8 deliver in every way and more. It's a total beast and I don't think I would need to change this camera for the next 10 to 15 years. I am very happy with this and the Z8 is truly the Mirrorless version of the epic D850. However coming from D750, I see a big learning curve for me. Hope I should be able to use this camera with its fullest capacity.

The Nikon Z8 camera is truly a marvel! It combines incredible features with a lightweight design, ensuring that you can easily capture stunning moments without feeling weighed down. The picture quality is exceptional, producing sharp and detailed images that truly come to life. Additionally, the camera's autofocus system is highly advanced, allowing you to effortlessly capture subjects in perfect focus. All in all, the Nikon Z8 is a fantastic choice for photographers who value both performance and convenience.

So I have been taking pictures for almost 25 years. This is the best camera I have owned and used. Autofocus performance is flawless, build quality is great, lenses are out of this world. This is peak camera technology.
That said, it’s pricey. It’s probably priced fairly for the general camera market but who wouldn’t want to pay less? That said, if you don’t need/want the expanded video and/or autofocus features, save 1-1.5k and get the z7ii

The Best Buy in Florence KY was the only one in the area that had the Nikon Z8 in stock. They didn't have it on display but had one in the back. The salesperson and the Manager were very accommodating. this is the second camera I have purchased from the Florence Store. The camera is AWESOME TOO! I upgraded from a D850. I also purchased the 24-120 Z lens. Very happy with both!

Very fast and accurate autofocus makes shooting sports and kids a breeze. 20fps means I never miss the best shots, throws, or jumps during basketball or football. Hands down the best Nikon body I’ve used so far. Also light enough to carry around all day at the amusement parks with the kids.

Thank you BestBuy for the best deal on this camera. Z8 is the best overall camera. I am very satisfied with my purchase and enjoying taking pictures and videos. Some of the best features I love: Extremely fast auto focus, fast shutter speeds, high ISO, sharp pictures, 4K and 8K videos, great image stabilization, great battery life with option to use USB power together with USB transfer on separate ports. Camera menus and fully customizable buttons and knobs is extremely useful.

Great camera. WAY more advanced than older SLRs. Not perfect, but a total game changer. The viewfinder is ok, I personally preferred looking through the lens (ala SLR), but the capabilities it gives you are well worth the tradeoff. I thought this would be my 'last expensive camera'. I now know it won't be. It's great. But you can tell they are going to get even better.

This camera is worth every penny. It takes stunning pictures and it is also great for video. The menue can be a little overwhelming at first but once you understand it, it offers so many customizable options, and the profiles make it simple to switch between shooting styles.

The Z8 is an excellent choice for those looking for a versatile, high-quality camera. With advanced features and a robust construction, it serves both amateurs and professionals well. Despite the high price, it is worth the investment!

Great camera for all around hybrid shooters. Got it on the holiday deal. No, its not a Z9 (which I also have). That camera is far superior in a lot of ways, especially for sports action wildlife stills and any high end video use cases. The Z8 is more like the 1st cousin of the Z9.

Upgrading to a Z8 from a D850. It's incredible and I could not be more stoked on this camera. Just absolutely nails focus with all my f mount lenses, can't wait to upgrade to some z mount lenses.
