The 50 series is controversial for being bad value, however, if you are able to get a card for MSRP (and more than 8gb of VRAM) and you are upgrading from at least 2 generations prior, the 5080 is a great option. I was using a laptop with a 1650 Ti, and this card has been an amazing upgrade that was long overdue. It also draws much less power than the 5090, so you don't have to constantly worry about the connector melting.

Very good card with good performance. No complaints.

POWERHOUSE of a GPU. Able to run games at 4k native with no problem. Also, responds well to OC and temps stay within normal limits.

I love the 5080 FE, its currently in my build and I built a mini ITX with it. I recommend it for any mini itx builds.

Awesome card at MSRP. Running almost every game at 100fps+ and at 200-400fps with frame gen, which looks great.

5/5 Stars for the Graphics Card but good luck getting one before the bots snatch them all.

Perfect and very noticeable upgrade coming from a RTX 3080 10GB card. Games were buttery smooth even on a 5900X CPU. The hardest part is just getting your hands on one of these 5000 series cards.

Can't complain with this card. It excels at anything I play, even while streaming.

Great card, not sure it's really worth the upgrade for 4*** series owners, or high 3*** good card, solid fps in 4k with frame gen and dlss 150-180 with 7800x3d still want to get 5090, hoping for the right stock

Amazing Graphics Card for a good price! (Relative to the times we live in)

got it for msrp and came in brand new condition. Works flawlessly. No complaints.

I does what it needs to do. The hoops you have jump through to get there though is a different story. I never got an black screens but my computer did hang a few times til I disable the iGPU for my 9800x3D and set the pcie gen to 4.0. Luckily I've manage to get this on launch but I wouldn't reccomend the other 5080s over $1200.
