I love the features, if only they worked. The TV power seems to be very hit or miss if it works. If I use the top right red to turn it all off, that works. But more often than not, cannot turn on the TV with this remote. The 3 buttons I have programmed for Youtube, Netflix and Amazon Prime. I would have preferred Vudu as an option but it was not. Again, more often than not, they do not work either. I have been trying to get it to work, then realized I was past the return deadline. The remote (if it worked) would be great. I do wish it had a button for Apple TV, Hulu and others, but then it would just be bigger. If it worked, this would be a top notch remote.

Super hard to setup. I downloaded 3 different apps trying to figure it out, but once I figured it out it works relatively well.

Replaced my logitech smart remotes after they discontinued - much cheaper, works great, and easier to program. Also, works with Sonos, so that's super helpful

easy to pair up to TV. has all the feateures to properly operate my samsung smart tv. lost the original remote, this is a great replacement.

I don't have cable or satellite so most of my viewing is done streaming on UtubeTV. Overall this is a good remote for streaming. I hate the Samsung remote that came with my TV and this one is much easier to use. Also controls my DVD player.

This remote is easy to use for almost all the streaming apps. available . All what you have to do is downloading the application to your phone and follow the instructions

Nice looking remote and feels premium. However, it does not work with a 2nd Gen Amazon Fire TV box. LG TV paired right up but the Fire TV does not see* this remote. The app is an afterthought. Troubleshooting via the app is pointless because it doesn't offer any real solutions. It is terribly slow too. I might be able to use it for something else but disappointed. There are options that may look/feel cheaper but actually work. The entire premise is that it is supposed to work with Amazon Fire TV. How did they not get this right?

Thus had worked as expected and beyond, super easy to set up. It’s working my sound bar My Samsung tv and my Apple TV. It is just the right thing.

Worked fairly good for our television. Not the best remote but not the worst. Was a bit difficult to pair.

A simple universal remote. I bought for a nice lady very easy to use. They even had a number to call for a headache free set up. Solid purchase.

We bought it to replace our previous remote which didn't work anymore. Simple and nice. We love this.

The remote did not work as intended (control a smart TV and a receiver). The remote requires the use of a separate phone app to set it up. The app is convoluted and relies solely on some "AI assistant" to adjust any remote settings or simply make the remote work. The "AI assistant" is riddled with bugs and is not able to set up the remote, defaulting to forcing you to set up a "macro" but this would only work if the commands actually did anything on the first place. Only regret is that I couldn't return this unit fast enough.

I should have believed the negative reviews. This would not enter a TCL/ROKU TV into the devices, even though it could control the TV. Without the TV in the devices, no activities. After an hour with tech support, they had the same issue, called it a bug, and said return it to BestBuy. Good idea, poorly implemented.

As soon as I explained to them what I was looking for, they helped me look for it.

Easily paired with both my tv and my roku. All funtions work as advertised.

Works well with my TV. Easy to set up and my 6 year son can use it without a problem.
