    I wouldn’t call this a review, more of a warning, since the item has never been used due to an inability to configure the remote through the required MyNevo app. After trying for more than a month due to “issues communicating with our cloud” I gave up and simply haven’t remembered to return it to the store. I’ve searched the internet high and low for any alternative means of setting up the remote but unfortunately there are none

    Had to download a app to set it up and it was a pain to set up and still does not work properly

    Connectivity and app use is garbage! I bought this because I wanted a universal remote that was backlit, aesthetically it was pleasing but ease of use an app was garbage.

    Looked like a good choice to replace original Samsung remote as the buttons started sticking. (press once and it acted as if you were holding button down) Very annoying! Followed ALL sets of programing directions. Would only work for power and volume no matter what programing was used. Returned same day. Purchased an off brand remote elsewhere for less money and all buttons worked as expected. Would not recommend if you have a Samsung Smart TV. May work with other Brands.

    This remote is so cool! Super easy to set up with the App. So much better than trying code after code from a list like other brands I've tried. It's back light and "magic" numeric keypad work great. I've got it working my Sony TV, Roku Ultra box and my soundbar. Took me less than ten minutes to get it all set up. Love it!

    Absolutley love this remote, been dealing with 3 individual remotes for years. Been on the hunt for something thatll connect to my apple tv as and this not only worked but paired to all my devices quick and easily and finally down to one remote. Id recommend this to anyone and everyone.

    By far the easiest remote i have ever had to program. Install the app on your phone and follow the 3 simple directions and it does all the work for you with the codes. Kudos to the company too, this doesnt feel like a "cheap" remote in my hand. Its solid.

    It comes with no instructions and just points you to an app that literally doesnt do anything but sit in a loop. Ive tried looking for information about it maybe thinking im missing something but no the app is the only way to do anything on this remote. Dumb very save your money and just use two remotes

    To pair with an Amazon Firestick, the instructions tell you to go to the Remote settings and add a 2nd remote. It works OK for about 30 seconds, then Amazon Firestick thinks this new remote doesn't have all the security updates and tries to update security settings on the new remote... and it never succeeds.
