Great concept but the product itself is very bad. I have installed several screen protectors and have never had the results that I had with this one. Really liked the alignment tool and the instructions but was still left with air bubbles throughout the screen. I'm a huge fan of the Otterbox cases, for every Samsung phone I have owned the Commuter and Defender cases have protected my phones but this screen protector is just horrible.

After attempting to install this onto a brand new phone, I was shocked to find out that the product left my phone's screen looking scratched, dotted, and swirled. This is not an Otterbox product I would recommend.

The instructions probably should be more clear or maybe they should rethink their adhesive. I really don't know how many "layers" this protector is. When I pulled off the temporary dust protector, the first plastic layer came off with it. Then there is a thicker/harder layer that was super difficult to separate from the remainder of the packaging. It was so difficult to remove that this layer actually tore. Now my new screen protector on my new phone looks terrible - like it has already been beat up. What a waste of money! Very disappointed. The brand I wanted was not in stock so I settled for this, assuming that Otterbox would make a good product. Maybe it is a good product after all. Maybe it is just a fluke in packaging. Who knows.

Great concept (included a plastic guide for easy allignment), yet still difficult to keep screen clean. Even took it back and the cellphone person at Best Buy had a hard time putting it on as well. Seems like these flexible plastic ones are harder to put on than glass. Not sure about how this compares with durability compare to glass yet.

After removing all contaminates, I thought it was ready for the screen protector. But, something was still on the screen, and now I have one bad spot still on the screen. Easy to put on.

Overall, it is a decent product. However, I could use my magnetic car holder or wireless chargers with it. The product itself is sturdy and well constructed. If you don't need wireless charging or use of a magnetic holder, this is a great product.

Alrighy for what it's intended. Though dont put anything on the phone without a phone case. Put a controller attachment on it without a case and messed up edges of the screen protector. Tried to replant the protector but only made it look worse. Not a durable screen protector when it comes to the siding. Didnt last long at all.

Could be better, I've bought a couple of these for my new phone and had to throw away the first one because of how many bubbles there were due to troubles when initially applying the thing to the screen itself (it didn't like to peel away from the applicator rig very well and would sometimes peel away from the phone itself. But After learning from the first and applying the second one I still have issues with the fingerprint scanner with repeated "make sure your fingerprint reader is clean then try again" prompts but the face ID works fine and I have no issues with it peeling away from the screen once fully applied.

Nice and thick, great protection for my new phone! Only thing was that it was a little difficult to put on. I'd never had to put a screen protector on before, and with vague instructions, it was a challenge. Once it was on though, TERRIFIC!

if i could give this negative stars i would. the concept was great however there were several bubbles that i couldnt get to go away, i rubbed one a couple times going towards the edge of the phone and it looked like it was scratched (on the inside.) you only get 1 try and now i am out all the money i paid for this. (email to otterbox & no reply) I highly do NOT recommend this screen protector

I like the fact that my screen is protected but I feel like it affects the accuracy of my fingerprint scanner. Maybe that's with every screen protector these days but I almost want to just take it off the phone. The system of putting this screen protector on was user friendly. I had a few tiny air bubbles at first but they have disappeared now.

It did get dents in pretty easily, but my screen is protected well with it. I'd say a decent buy.

Purchased and returned. Followed instructions which were pretty easy for placing the screen protector. However, I ended up with a lot of micro bubbles which didn't go away after days of use. The finger print also didn't work with the screen cover.

Not pleased with this. There is ripples and denta in the screen protector, it looks like it is starting to come off in spots and I've had less than 2 weeks, no drops or anything. Not sure if it's a bad one or what. Typically very pleased with Otterbox accessories

It's the first time I buy a OtterBox screen protector. I like how easy it was to install.

Very easy to use.and it was easy to find it at the store.

The protector failed to install even after following all the instructions. The screen protector did not stick to the phone surface. Poor quality control.

Excellent protection for my new Galaxy S21 5G. No instructions were included or referenced but was similar to prior Alpha Glass. I liked the Alpha Glass for my previous Galaxy S9+ but could not AG for the S21 5G. Time will tell if the AF provides similar protection. Thank you.
