very durable and protective case, been dropped a few times and no damage to phone or case.

If fits the phone like a glove, and protects the phone. OtterBox is well-made.

I puchased this case because of their reputation. I have had several of these phone cases over the years. I am pretty good about not dropping my phone. I purchased this item to protect my iphone 13 pro. I was sitting on the couch at home and dropped my phone on my wooden floor. The back glass on my iphone 13 pro shattered and my front screen is halfway usable. I can't believe after one drop in a case this big would not provide the protection I expected from this product. I am now out nearly $1100. Please see photo.

I went to the store and tried out every case that they had. The other cases felt too slick, and this had just the right amount of grip. I prefer a more slim case; however, the protectiveness of this case will serve me better when I'm working in yard or hiking. The protective covers on the ports get in the way, but it's the price for better protection. I've had problems with the charging ports getting too dirty with too much pocket lint on other phones without the port protectors. If I didn't have to take my phone in harsher conditions, I would go for a slimmer case. This case is not the cheapest, it's a bit bulky, but it's great for what it is. I really liked it when comparing it to the other cases, and this brand has been around for a long time. You know what you're getting.

I've had these from the beginning and have always found them to hold up and be protective for me. Glad there not as bulky as the old days. Luv the grip and piece of mind with this case, plus got it on a great sale so it was a no brainer for me

Great protection. Makes the phone a bit clunky, but, again, great protection if dropped. BIG NOTE, because the case is so thick you can’t charge it on a charge pad, only with a cord.

Would give it 10 stars if I could. As a UPS driver I am always dropping it and giving it a rough test. It has never failed me. No telling how many times it has been dropped in the back of the package car. Yea , it is bulky but that's what you want. If you are buying it so it looks " pretty " on your side , don't buy it. Since I retired from UPS I am helping a buddy flip houses and it just picks up where it left off when I was with UPS. Excellent product.

I only use otterbox cases on my phones. I've dropped them plenty of times and as long as they are in their case, they never break. The cases themselves are robust and provide ample protection. The holster is usually the part that breaks on me. My XR holster broke and this one has as well. Usually the bottom piece that holds the phone gets caught on something, usually my seatbelt, and either breaks after the third or fourth time or causes the belt clip to break (xr it was the belt clip, this one was the clip that holds the phone). Luckily the holster part seems to be much easier to buy separately now than what it used to be.

For a person who often has to replace their iPhone case because they work a job where it falls a lot and you’re also clumsy. It helps to have a case where it can withstand literally anything. And this is that case. So far have has zero screen protector cracks and the grip that it provides is great for standing up my phone anywhere. Great purchase.

I have used otterboxs for many years and never have had suffered any cracks or breaks. To the dope that posted picks of is phone shattered with the comment saying terrible product, it’s not designed to be used as a hockey puck or even throw your phone. If you don’t think we know you threw your phone you have issues. I have dropped my phone from 4ft and 6ft a few times BY ACCIDENT and never broke or cracked. I strongly recommend these cases. Just so not get one that has the flat spots in the center of the phone as it offers zero protection for the screen. Instead get one that has the 1/8th lip all the way around the phone like this one! This otterbox cssse I have is 6 months old and it looks and feels like it’s new. No problems!

i was forced to replace my reliable 6S that was protected by an Otterbox Defender which did an excellent job of preventing damage after many droppings. Based on that history, I went for the same make and model case for replacement 13 pro. Case looks and feels like good quality. The textured edges make for a good non-slippery grip. The side buttons work well. The camera lenses are recessed enough so that if you put the phone down on a smooth flat surface they will not make contact. Unlike the 6s case, there is no screen protector so I bit the $50 bullet and purchased an Otter box Performance plus glass protector. Hopefully, this new case serves me as well as my old one and if it does then it will be money well spent.

This is the first case I’ve used for my iPhone 13 Pro and I’ve never had a case keep my phone as safe as this Otter Box has. It’s been with me ever since I first bought my phone a year ago and has been its savior whenever I’ve dropped it. The inside is padded and prevents the back glass from being cracked or chipped and the screen and camera are safeguarded by an elevated side of the case which prevents damage from the phone landing flat. The sides have good grip and the quality overall is outstanding . I highly recommend this case and it has been and will be my go-to to protect my phone.

I have used the Outer Box cover for many years on every iPhone I have owned. Since I’m not a young man I have dropped my phone hundreds of times and I have never damaged my iPhone. It is definitely worth every dollar I have spent.

While this case is sturdy and protects my iPhone 13 Pro well, it is too thick to consistently charge with a wireless charger. This case does not work with MagSafe, that's not what I'm talking about. I spoke through chat with Otterbox and they have confirmed that this case's thickness does interfere with wireless charging and they recommend going with a case that supports MagSafe Charging. If wireless charging is not important to you, get this case! There is grip all around and it feels less bulky than previous versions used with older phones.

I’ll never own a phone w/o an Otter Box on it it may not be all cutesy or cool looking but you know it will protect your valuable phone. When the sales person took off the one off my old ones to transfer items she couldn’t believe how perfect condition of my iPhone 6sx was. Looked new. My spouse has dropped his from 180 feet an it survived.

Never had a problem with Otterbox. Always top of the line phone case. Only dropped my phone maybe twice from a hight Orr than a foot or 2 and case kept phone in perfect shape.

The case for my new IPhone is outstanding. The rubberized case really does protect the phone. I have dropped my phone 3 times and no damage at all.
