At first I was like I don’t need the unit the realized if I wanted the steering wheel to work and the DVD player I needed this. At a 130 it was more exspensive then anything else I bout that day. Even more exspensive than the labor.

Connections were needed to do professional , easy connection to existing wire harnesses in vehicle. Only reason purchased was because I bought system for my son and wanted INSTALL by Best Buy Geek Squad

It was a little pricier than I thought it was going to be. Also the tone it emits when the door is open or someone does not have their seat belt on is different than the factory tone and is a little annoying. Don't know if there are any other options, bottom line is it made the upgrade possible.

And the length of the sub wire's does not allow me to move the sub to the passenger side behind the seats of my single cab 05 silverado, overall sounds great

Easy to understand the controls and it connects to my phone with ease. Now I can play my favorite tunes on the car sound system. The installation was great and gave me new storage too.

Admittedly, he requested more time to find the correct code for my 2008 Buick, so I came back another day, and James came through and I love my purchase.

This kit is required if you want to interface your aftermarket stereo with the extra control options in most modern vehicles today, such as steering wheel and rear passenger volume controls. The kit came with everything we needed, and the instructions were pretty thorough.
