Nice compact size, works great, and looks great. Is quieter than expected which is also nice. This model has a very solid feel to it when the door closes, unlike some others that feel a bit cheap and flimsy. Happy with the purchase.

This microwave heats quickly and is compact enough to fit on a small kitchen counter. I purchased it for my 91 year old mom and she loves that it is so easy to use.

The microwave I purchased in 1990 finally gave up, so out to replace a great microwave. Over to Best Buy and looking for a replacement... their selection is quite good. Not needing anything too elaborate, I chose the Panasonic and it is proving to be a very good choice. As with any new product, reading the manual is necessary, and thankfully this unit is not too complicated to work. So far it is easy to use. My only caution is to measure the inside of your older unit to make sure you get at least the same size or larger. The Panasonic is slightly narrower so a rectangular pan may not be able to spin on the turntable.

This unit is simple to use and versatile. It is powerful and quiet. I like the sensor cooking for baked potatoes. It gets used multiple times a day every day and continues to work fine.

I am happy with the warming and cooking quality. The size is a bit bigger than I expected but I was able to fit it perfectly on my kitchen counter top. I like the look as well, easy to wipe down.

I purchased the microwave oven after reading reviews online by impartial reviewers. I came up with a list of 5 possible brands and found the Panasonic available at Best Buy. The pop-open door works well, the microwave cooks well and is quiet. It was a good purchase.

Very attractive microwave and reasonably compact. No heavy duty use, but seems to perform well. Popcorn setting works brilliantly (best ever!) and has adjustable settings.

I was replacing my old microwave of the same size and brand. The old one lasted 22 years and I'd love for this one to do the same. It does seem a little lighter and maybe a little flimsy so time will tell. The settings are also very different and have taken a bit of getting used to. But as I get used to them, I must say the chicken I've cooked using the Sensor cooking feature was delicious. The reheat sensor is also good. Maybe I'm just missing choosing Chicken and weight and having more control. Just pushing one button and watching it do its own thing feels funny.

This model has plenty of room for most meals and reheating. It is easy to use and has been working great. It gets used several times a day and we have had no issues. Great product!

Nice looking and a good medium size with good power. The sensor reheat is a little gimmicky and doesn't quite do as expected. But overall very pleased.

We chose and picked up this microwave in 5 minutes. It was easy to install, fits perfectly, and we were using it in a few minutes. The price was great and the appearance is superb.

This is a great mid-size microwave over. I bought it to replace a microwave that I bought at Walmart that was corroding inside after only 2 years of use. I have to say that I really do like look of this Panasonic unit. It cooks well too, though I have not yet used all of it's functions yet. The controls are not overly complicated, which I liked. Looking over some other units, I felt that the simple layout of the controls on this Panasonic unit really appealed to me. If you are thinking about getting a cheap microwave, just remember that you get what you pay for. I learned that with the other unit that I just had to throw away.
