Buttons are a little harder to push than our last one Think it might get dirt caught in the control panel as it gets used more

This is a great highly recommended microwave. Very easy to operate and has clear instructions. 1100 Watts has more than enough power. Simple elegant stylish look to it as well.

i bought this for my mother in law and my biggest concern was size and ease of use. well... perfect! very easy to use and she loves it. it looks pretty sturdy not like those cheap microwaves.

This microwave is solid, performs well and although it does not have a great deal of bells and whistles it does a good job and is easy to use.

The Panasonic microwave has just the right amount of power to heat everything perfectly. It is easy to clean and easy to select the power level as well as the amount of time.

good quality, looks good , easy to use, roomy, but a bit pricey

Bought this model to replace the Panasonic model we had that was stained due to a couple of 'incidents' - same microwave just newer version. Slightly less power in newer version. Wish we had held on to the old. New version is louder and just seems not as 'solid' - door not as smooth to open, buttons harder to push and the top just seems a bit flimsy. Seems all companies are making stuff cheaper these days. Still - the unit works fine and it was the most powerful microwave at the price point we wanted to pay.

There is no light when door is opened, only while cooking. When cooking ends there is the beeping, but no signal saying cooking is done and no light inside, which makes it pretty easy to forget you have something in there. The button used to open the door is kind of hard to push for arthritic hands. I have another larger version (1250 watts) of this microwave which I love and it has what this one does not.

Readily available.at store. Good for apartment use. Plenty of features. Basically a throwaway unit. Which worka for me.

I bought this for my 89 year old mother. While the power and size are great she has had difficulty with the child lock out. To lock it out you press start 3x in a row and to unlock you press stop 3x in a row. As an elderly person with arthritis she ends up locking it several times a day. She then unplugs it since that is easier than trying to remember how to unlock it. There is not an override to disable the child lock. This microwave also requires you to press the start button every time to cook. There are no auto cook buttons. I'd like to return it but she doesn't want to go through the headache and we also don't want to go to stores at this time.

unit performs well and looks good. hope it proves to be as dependable as my previous Panasonic NN-S542BF which gave many years of service

We wanted to get one with a push button and size that fit the spot in our kitchen. This one is powerful and just the right size.

No it really does. The features are really easy to understand and it looks pretty nice on the counter. It is large and I am really really pleased with this item.

This microwave is slightly smaller inside, but in all other ways an improvement over the one that finally failed on us. Since we've only had it for a couple months, we can't talk about reliability over time, but its just great. If we were to take any marks off it would be that the stainless steel shows fingerprints, making the oven look a bit dirty, and the menu buttons take a bit more force to activate that we think is idea.

I bought this microwave partially because I like Samsung and partially because it has the same power range as my old one. The only criticism I have is that the interior light is too dim, I'm used to being able to see inside whilst cooking/heating. That however wouldn't stop me from buying another one, as it turns out, I have better things to do than watch food get nuked.

This is a great, easy to use microwave. My only complaint is that the light does not stay on when the microwave door is open.

This unit has performed fairly decently since I have it. Has a lot of features for the price. It would be nice if they had designed it to turn the interior light on when the door is opened. The light comes on during operation only. The metal frame is so thin and fragile which makes it light weight but the metal does buckle when you grab the unit on the sides and move it into place. I can feel and hear the interior metal buckle when cleaning the interior. Otherwise, the unit does the job.

I bought this microwave for my mom when hers went out. It's a great microwave with lots of space for bigger bowls used when heating. Great value for the price!
