I haven't had to purchase a microwave in over 20 years and this is great purchase at a great price. Love the features.

Purchased this model based on reputation of brand and reviews. Cooks fine. Pretty easy to use too. Didn't realize until we got it home that there is no light inside when you open the door. The interior is lit while cooking but not when you open the door. Not ideal when removing food from it or when trying to clean inside. Also would have liked the keypad to be lit to make it easier to see when using at night.

The product is compact and good looking. Easy to use, intuitive features. Overall quality is great while the price was rather competitive.

I bought this microwave in April 2019, as a replacement. Right away hate not having a light turn on as soon as you open the door (hello, easier for cleaning). Within the first day the thing that makes the plate rotate squealed-like nails on a chalk board (not every time it was used). That worked itself out in 2-3 weeks time. Next the plastic film over the start button started ripping (2 months). Finally about 7-8 months now the open button sticks. Like hold the microwave push the button in and hold. If that doesn’t work, then try one-two more times. Worst buy ever!

Although I have only had this microwave a short time, it does all that I need it to from simply melting cheeses and butters, to warming breads and such to "baking potatoes" etc. Have had no issues or problems. Slides around easily on counter when pushing open button so have to buy something no slide to put under it. Good size for my family.

First time to own a Panasonic Microwave oven. Size works well. Oven is on a cart. I Love the way it warms up food. Noise: very quiet.

I bought this Panasonic microwave to replace an older comparable Panasonic model I've been using for about 10 years - identical dimensions, appearance, etc. Turns out the new model is even quieter and easier to use, with just one drawback: it is less powerful - only 1100 watts, compared with 1300 watts on the older unit. Although some items take just a bit longer to heat up, it is still worth the extra few seconds!

We had an older Panasonic microwave that worked great for 24 years & is still working but donated it to finally get a stainless steel version to better match our other appliances. I couldn't imagine buying any other brand after our last Panasonic being so reliable. My only dislike would be the interior light only comes on while microwaving & does not come on when you open the door like our older Panasonic.

Nothing special here. It's a nice and solid microwave. Does the job just fine. Easy to use and plenty of power.
