To be honest, I haven't learned all the features this unit has. Several small differences that I had to get used to. A few "plates" I usually use to microwave in require a little work getting them in just right, so they will turn without stopping. It looks like it has some great features, if I'll just take time to learn them.

I like it very well but it is slightly deeper (~2") than my old Genius (12"X20"X14&3/16") which I purchased in Jan. 2000. I also liked the old model pull handle better than the push button for opening the door on the newer Genius, As regards the new Genius, I love the "30 second" feature which is a new sensor. I also use the defrost sensor quite a lot and the popcorn sensor. I would have given it an excellent rating if the door had a pull handle and the dimensions were not larger. I still like the sensor options on the Genius

Bought this to replace a microwave we had for over 10 years. Good solid construction and plenty of power. Easy to use and program.

Bought based on size (needed to fit cabinet hole). Definitely notice doesn't cook as well as older Panasonic 1300W oven of same size. On plus side the internal light come on when door is opened as well as when it is cooking.

This microwave is a replacement for one that is practically the same as one that finally bit the dust. It worked as a trooper for well over 11 years. I was so happy with the older model that I found this one which is 90% identical but with a few upgrades. I love it and hope it treats me as well as the last one. So far, it has not disappointed me. I would recommend this highly to a family member or friend.

I trust Panasonic, but this microwave started acting up after about 6 months. The rotating part of the microwave stopped working and it started making a loud noise. I “fixed” it by forcefully turning the rotational part and it started working normally again, but now I’m a bit concerned it might break again and this time, I won’t be able to fix it. Still a good-sized, decent microwave.

Great size, has temp control, easy to clean. Doesn’t take up a lot of room on the countertop

I bought the same brand microwave oven because we had a Panasonic microwave previously and it worked great and lasted a long time. Great deal for the money.

I like the appearance. Like that it only beeps 5 times when finished. I like the functions, and the ease of use.

This microwave has various settings, 1-10, and a sensor option that I have not yet figured out how it works. The push button to open the door works a little hard. It was hard to pull off the plastic covering over the controls, which the directions warned was necessary.

Its clean, it works it's the perfect size for the spot. Easy to use. No issues at all. Worth the money

Purchased for mother. Size was important, and it had a good price.

For the money this microwave has all of the features we were looking for. We would have preferred that when you activate the 30 second command the microwave would automatically start vs having to then push the start button. WE did not understand this prior to purchase - and enjoyed the feature on our previous device.

Fantastic little microwave, so far has lived up to all expectations. Simple to operate, great to use!
