I bought this as a replacement for a 3 year old Panasonic Inverter Prestige that quit working because the door was no longer locking properly. This was supposed to be a newer and better model compared to the one that broke down. The microwaved worked great for a week with speedy and even heating. Unfortunately it flat out quit working after a week. The darn thing just wouldn't microwave a thing. Luckily it was within the return period so I was able to exchange it for another unit. The current one is working great. I did purchase the extended warrantee under Best Buy just in case though...

The microwave is easy to use and looks beautiful. The size is just right for our space advice the counter. It is easy to clean. I am happy with our purchase.

I had the older version of this microwave and it went out after daily use from a family of 6 and being 5 or more years old. I honestly can’t remember when the last one was purchased. This one is a slightly newer we model but with the same features and functions just a little difference in appearance. This is a great great microwave. Love the turbo defrost features and the reheat options. So many great features and opinions on this and a great size. I have even cooked a whole chicken in a stoneware dish and it came out perfectly juicy and even browned on top. Great purchase!

Nice small size for countertop. Power is a little less than we're used to, but helps prevent overcooking.

Microwaves eventually break down, so we had to replace ours. This one is a little larger, and works fine, but it's a bit dark inside so it's harder to see if the food is done

This is a nice microwave. It’s fairly quiet and works much better than our last model. It’s powerful and has a lot of features for all kinds of cooking needs.

Greatest microwave ever! Easy to use, the inverter process is terrific! Food comes out fantastically hot throughout!

Picked because of Consumer Reports ratings. However, because of gray interior and low blue light it was too dark to see inside. Clock hard to see also. Had tons of features which meant buttons are used for more than one task so you couldnt tell from the button label what all it did. Had to memorize or look up how to do things. I didn’t need the more complicated tasks. What I missed were the 30 second button and 6 one touch buttons for 1,2,3…minutes. Also you had to hit power buttons as many times as you wanted it to reduce power by. Overall, it was like much tech these days. Designed for 20 year olds who like really complicated options. Not the rest of us. Unfortunately it is almost impossible to find a well lit simpler one these days.

Heats food quickly and evenly! Easy to use interface.

Panasonic's Cyclonic Inverter performs very well. Heats everything evenly. Performance wise, its the best microwave we have owned.

Bigger than our last one. Giant square plates actually spin now. Easy to use controls. Great countertop unit.

I wanted a simplistic, yet efficient microwave which was similar to the one I replaced. This microwave checks all the boxes. It is very quiet and easy to use.

I returned this product. It was too big for my counterspace. Very easy to use. Runs smoothly and quiet. It is very very roomy inside.

Same brand as previous one but newer, more power, easier to clean and I really like the color inside rather than white.

This microwave does everything our old one did, and that is exactly what we wanted. The buttons are in slightly different positions on the keypad, but we've had no trouble adjusting. It's easy to use. I can't speak to advanced functions (and there are plenty of these) because we generally want to be able to vary the power level and cook.

It’s a great microwave. Be careful it heats quickly. Food items that usually take three minutes to cook take about a min and a half with this microwave.

Great product .. nice features , easy to use , reasonable price . Curb side pick up at Best Buy very convenient and efficient.

This microwave is pretty dman good with it's keep warm function, sensor cook, sensor reheat and boy does it have a lot of power! Only downside is that other microwaves feel inferior after using this one and you'll just end up wishing the one at work would just function better.

Needed a microwave that would fit in the footprint of our 40 year old GE that had too many keys on the pad that no longer functioned. This works fine and, with the turntable, cooks much more evenly. The few irritants are the small, blue clock figures (blue is harder on the eyes than green or red) and the led internal light which gives poor coverage of the interior. I was disappointed that BB did not have the updated version of this oven in their inventory, but the price was excellent, and hopefully this will give as good service as the GE.
